The life of Xie Xie has always been difficult. Family and friends that has ostracized him due to his seemingly never ending bad luck. Anyone close to him would end up hurt or fall ill and so eventually he was left alone. 

With no one else to lean on he could only use Anime, Novels, and Games to ease his loneliness. Unknown to him the ring he wore was sucking up his Luck and soon it would be filled.

I'm also going by the manga as all my info is coming from it and not the Novel. 

Everyone writes Fan-Fics about the main character Tang Wulin and I thought about making an AU of Xie Xie

This is also my first fan-fic or writing project in general I've ever written so go easy on me. My English is bellow average and I'm mostly writing this for fun. I do hope you enjoy the story I've written and stay for the ride.

Soul Land 3: The Legendary Thief

With no other option Zhi Ruo pulled out her knife before I'm right in front of her.


Our blades clashed against each other and I kicked her leg to sweep Zhi Ruo off the ground. Knocking her blade out of her hand I put mine against her neck.


"Kill me" Zhi Ruo said as she looked directly into my eyes.


I smiled at her and grabbed both her hands placing it above her head. Looking at her gently I kissed her forcing a pill down her throat.


"You..what are you doing?!" Zhi Ruo angrily shouted before her strength started to rapidly weaken.


I pick up her body in a princess carry towards my Mother's grave. Stumbling one step at a time as I inched near my final destination. My breathing starts to become labored and my visions start to become blurred.


Reaching the tombstone once again it's now in tatters as the fight had decimated the area around us. Leaning against the leftover pieces of the tombstone I gently caress Zhi Ruos face as I pick up a piece of my mother's picture.


I look up towards the sky to see the dark clouds have scattered leaving only the bright night sky. Ah… I can finally see the full moon in all its beauty.


Looking at Zhi Ruo I notice that her fingers start to twitch, soon she would be able to move as the pill she took was only a fast acting poison only capable of temporarily paralyzing someone.


"Zhi Ruo...I'm sorry I can't keep our promise"


Suddenly the ring on my finger starts to glow and burn as I hear in my ear

Ah… my eyes are feeling heavy. I close them before feeling the wind and smiling gently while holding Zhi Ruo's hand.


My thought drifting I could feel Zhi Ruo's hand tighten as her body started to regain its strength. I could faintly hear her as I felt something wet on my face. Ah...it's tears. "Don't cry Zhi Ruo" I whisper before closing my eyes for the last time.


"Please...don't leave me alone" whimpered Zhi Ruo
