Serenity's POV

October 22

Mrs Yoon: I have something to confess.....

Serenity: What is it Mrs Yoon?

Mrs Yoon: Actually.....no. I believe I will save this for his trial in three days time.

Serenity: Are you sure you don't want to tell us ahead of time?

Mrs Yoon: No I think I'll leave it for the trial.

Serenity: Alright then.

Mrs Yoon: I must thank you again.

Serenity: Oh you have nothing to thank me.

Mrs Yoon: Oh well I think it's best that I go home to my daughter now.

Serenity: You have a daughter?

Mrs Yoon: Yes.

Serenity: Oh well she must be waiting for you then. We'll see each other again Mrs Yoon.

Mrs Yoon: Likewise!

Once Mrs Yoon leaves, Yoongi gets a call.

He hangs up after answering and turns to me.

Yoongi: Guess who just got a new job?

Serenity: Who?

Yoongi: Tae!!

Serenity: Seriously?! Nice!! What is it?

Yoongi: He is now head of the police and investigation department! He's the head chief!

Serenity: No way!!! Text him to come over! We need to celebrate with everyone!!

We quickly get our stuff and head home. Everyone is already there waiting and I embrace Tae once I see him.

Serenity: I'm so proud and happy for you Tae!

Tae: Thanks! Oh and I'd like to introduce my second in command, Seonghwa.

Seonghwa: Hello! I'm Seonghwa, Taehyung's deputy.

All: Nice to meet you Seonghwa.

Yoongi: We should all go inside.

-Time skip-

October 23

Everyone spent the night at our house but while everyone was in the living room, Tae gets a call on his walkie talkie.

???: Falkes to Kim. Falkes to Kim?

Tae: I'm here. What is it?

Falkes: I'm afraid Mr Kim has broken out of prison along with three others.

Tae: WHAT! HOW COULD THEY ESCAPE!!?!?

Falkes: I'm not sure but it wasn't by force. The door was opened with the key and the key is even in place still.

Tae: Don't move or touch anything. Seonghwa and I will be right over.

Falkes: Yes sir.

Serenity: Whats going on?

Tae: Mr Kim and three other cell mates broke out.

Tae and Seonghwa start grabbing their stuff.

Yoongi: We're coming.

Tae: Fine but not all of you can come.

Jungkook: I might be of help. I've been a part of the mafia for all my life.

Tae: Ok Jungkook, Yoongi, Serenity, you can come. The rest stay.

Seonghwa: Sir I have called the detective as well. He'll meet us there.

Tae: good.

We all get in the car and drive to the prison. We rush in and see Lisa?!!

Lisa: What the heck are you guys doing here.

Tae: We should be saying the same thing.

Lisa: Uhhh excuse I'm his daughter???

Serenity: You're Mr Kim's daughter?!

Lisa: Yes now why are you here?

Tae: I'm the new head of the investigation and police department. I said Jungkook can come along for his skills while working in the mafia and Serenity and Yoongi as bare witnesses and Yoongi's intelligence with weapons.

Serenity: Intelligence with weapons?

Tae: Yoongi used to study them. Now he can tell apart marks or bullets used by different guns.

Lisa: Well get to it then.

Tae walks up to the guards.

Tae: I want an interrogation with each and every guard here and also Lisa. Understand?

Guard: Yes sir!

We step into the tapes off area and inspect everything after putting on some gloves.

Tae: Looks like the key really was still in place. How did they get out?

Jungkook: Uhhh I believe not....

Tae: What do you mean?

Jungkook: There are bullet marks on the inside of the lock. It was shot open using a gun from the inside.

Seonghwa: How could they have gotten a gun from inside the cell?

Tae: Were there any witnesses?

Guard: No sir.

Tae: Yoongi? What gun was it?

Yoongi inspects the bullet mark.

Yoongi: It was just a regular hand pistol. Ones commonly used by the cell guards.

Seonghwa: There might be a mole in the system.

Tae: yea that's what I believe.

Serenity: Look, a note!

I walk over to a piece of paper stuck between the cracks of the walls.

When I read it, I stumble back.

Yoongi: Serenity?

Serenity: "I'm going for the person who put me in this damn cell in the first place."

Yoongi: Me....

Serenity: But you're not there!

Tae: The girls are...

Jungkook: We have to go!

Suddenly another guard rushes over to Tae.

Guard: Sir! Mrs Yoon..... she's dead...
