After getting up, the protagonist of this story grips his head as he begins sorting the new memories that have appeared there. Those unsorted memories are swirling there, waiting to be assorted. Therefore, he does just that.

However, he has an existential crisis after he sorted his memories. Who is he? Haru Sakurai with Haruka Kasugano's memories and feelings? Or is he Haruka Kasugano with Haru Sakurai's experiences?

After a few moments, he finally made up his decision concerning his existence; he is Haru Sakurai with Haruka Kasugano's memories and feelings. He feels more like Haru Sakurai than Haruka Kasugano.

Once Haru cleared up his existential problem, he sits up and inspects his surroundings. He is in a familiar yet unfamiliar room. What a peculiar feeling, but his strange feeling isn't the point of the interest of this story.

The room is an ordinary standard bedroom you can find in any generic family home. There is a bed for a single person that he is sitting on, a wooden wardrobe, a shelf filled with paraphernalia, a desk, and a spinning chair.

The floor is made of lacquered wood. The walls are pristine white. Lastly, the ceiling is painted white with a lamp hanging from there.

All that aside, he finds out the time after he saw the alarm on his bedside desk. The digital clock shows 02:08 AM. However, the date is off; 6/6/2012 instead of 6/6/2020.

As an aside, Haru is unaware that he has wasted almost an hour of his new life to clear up his existential crisis.

All that aside, back to the story.

It seems the time of this alternate world is a bit behind his previous world.

Haru rests his head on the pillow and watches the ceiling with an absentminded gaze.

'So, what next?' Haru mentally wondered. 'I don't feel like sleeping after what happened. Ah! Okay! I have a system, right? I guess I can check it out.'

Haru mentally accesses his system. A holographic screen with silver color pops up in his field of vision. It displays something like this,

Thanks to the information that Haru obtained before, he more or less understands the mechanism.

To sum everything, the first row is obviously about his gender, race, and age, as well as his birthday. 1 point of those statistics is equal to the statistic of a 16~18 years old adolescent.

To make it easier to understand, with 1 point of Strength, Haru can bench press using 65~96 lbs plates. 1 Vitality means he can generate energy around 12,500 joules, which is equal to 3000 cal to burn out in a day. 1 point of Agility and Mind means he has the regular motor function, agility, as well as the mental capacity of an ordinary person at his age.

Concerning his Magic, it is still locked until he unlocks a specific Class in the future. By the way, his control his Mana is related to Mind. As long as his Mind is equal to or higher than his Magic, he will have near-perfect control over his Mana.

After that, Points. It is the free points that could be appointed to the stats. Every level-up, he will get 5 points. For the time being, Haru decided to keep them untouched.

The last attribute is Abilities, which displays unique talent, skill, or proficiency of his.

The system isn't as complicated as some systems that often appeared in games and novels in his past life. Admittedly, he prefers something as simple as this.

Haru's gaze stays at his Abilities as he inspects them one by one.

'Concerning my Abilities, I have four at the moment. I think Enhanced Memory is my innate ability from my past life.'

In his past life, Haru was aware of his own gift. He was different from other children in the orphanage and aware of this fact since he was little.

He could easily remember things, either they were visuals, sounds, tastes, and emotions. He kept his talent a secret after he saw how other brilliant orphans were suppressed and bullied by jealous orphans.

Living in the orphanage is harsh. Haru doesn't know about other orphanages. However, his orphanage was full of hardship because of the irresponsible staff who only cared about their wages.

In the beginning, Haru was afraid of becoming the center of attention because he didn't want to be a bullying victim. As he grew up, it became a habit.

Haru never cared about his grades, though he kept them above the passing marks. Of course, he could ace every theoretical subject without problems. However, he didn't want to paint himself as a target for the wrong crowd.

Haru wanted a slow, enjoyable life, thank you very much.

Stopping his reminiscences, Haru then moves his attention to the other Abilities that he believes to be there because of the system.

'Next Ability, Analyze. It allows me to examine the constitution or structure of something, especially information. It can tell me the target's stats, status, mental state, and even unique abilities.

'Item Box often appeared in a fantasy story with 'system' and 'different world' genre. My Item Box has limitless space. The time inside is frozen. Also, I can keep living beings in stasis. Surprisingly, this ability is quite overpowered.

'My last Ability is called Lottery. It can take away anything from somewhere within the multiverse without getting caught or traced back. However, it has six days of cool-down time after being used. Putting the ill-gotten prize aside, this is also overpowered ability.'

After contemplating carefully, Haru decided to use Lottery.

Haru accesses his Item Box in a hurry. After he received the information of his prize, he unintentionally makes a grin containing wryness and a bit of excitement.

It's acknowledged as one of several BUGs in the perfect system of Judeo-Christian God from a particular universe where the obsession with tits can make you overpowered.

'Heh, unique and extraordinary indeed,' is Haru's inner thought concerning the item that he's obtained.

After all, Haru just obtained one of the 15 god-slaying tools from the world of High School DxD. To be precise, he got Longinus-class Sacred Gear called Innovate Clear.
