Chapter 13

"Well" he started, I was just so curious of how, how did he end up being a spy?

"It started when I was in 2nd year college, I went to my friend's house to hang out. We're in his room, playing video games. Then we heard a loud slam downstairs. They said they had guns and they wanted something. My friend's mom said there was nothing inside their house. Then they shouted search everywhere. I was scared that time. We hid inside the closet and stayed quiet. Then I heard the door creek open and footsteps are coming closer. I looked through the gap of the closet door and I saw a man holding a pistol. Then suddenly my friend made some noise that caused the man to look at the closet. As he was going to the closet, I slammed the closet door open and hit him in the head, causing him to fall down and drop his pistol in front of me. I had no choice but to take it and point it at his head, I was shaking. Then he said I was a coward, that I couldn't even pull the trigger even if I wanted to. He was grinning at me, he told me to give him the gun and all will be well and they wouldn't hurt them. I was resisting myself, I almost pulled the trigger until someone else barged in saying 'Freeze! You're surrounded!' Then the other man saw me and was surprised. He took the handcuffs from his pocket and put it in the man. He walked to me and said I had some guts. Then ask me if I'm willing to join their organization. At first I was scared, but then I tried. Until now. It's almost 8 years since I joined."

I was struck. My jaw dropped. He didn't even do anything then that?!

"I'm surprised..." I said

"Ever since I joined Blue Dogs I've been working out every day. That's why I have these sweet muscles and beautiful abs" He said as he start to flex. I gave him a chuckle and he gave me a sweet smile.

"I was afraid of leaving you again..But I'm very grateful that you're here right now" He said as he caresses my cheeks.

The door opened and Mr. Bryche and Vilea went inside. "I guess I gave you two enough time to chitchat, everything okay now?"

"Yes sir/ Yeah" we both said happily. Then Vilea went to my ear. She whispered.

"I bet something happened while we were gone" She said as she grinned. God! Just thinking of what had happened inside this office. I could never see the same office ever again. My cheeks started to feel warm and Noah took a look at me.

"Are you okay?" He asked. Checking my temperature on my neck. "Are you feeling hot? A fever maybe?"

"No no, I'm fine, totally fine" I reassured. Goddamnit Vilea!!! I glared at Vilea and she just chuckled.

"May I ask what you did while we were gone?" Mr. Bryche said. My eyes and Noah's met. My cheeks turned into a light blush and I became tongue-tied.

"T-talk.." I said. I don't want them to know what happen, but probably someone in the CCTV room might. Noah held my hand.

"We talked about stuff and made out I MEAN made up" Goddamnit Noah!! Vilea chuckled and placed her arms around me. "Why don't we just talk about your mission, lovebirds, and this will be over with"

"Your mission? Wait you're not with us?" I asked as I faced Vilea.

"Well duh? I have other missions, more missions that needs my hackings skills. We got different skills bro, you got the strategy, I got the brains"

"And wouldn't that be fun so you both could get some alone time together" She said in a different tone and I elbowed her side that made her laugh.

"It definitely would be fun" Noah said, winking at me.

"Let's just go" I told Mr. Bryche.

"Right right!" Mr. Bryche said. "Apparently, Dave has escaped and is nowhere to be found. Again.. We got informants said Dave has been creating another diabolical plan and has a new hideout but our troops hasn't found it. Our mission this time is to find out what he's up to and put him back in Blue Dogs rehabilitation center where he belongs. Is that clear?"

"Yes sir/ Yep" we both said.

"When do you want to start the mission?" Mr. Bryche asked.

"We could start tomorrow" I said. But Noah looked at me worried.

"Tomorrow already? Can't we workout for a week first? I bet your last mission ended a month before so those nerves of yours are tired. Hmm?" Wait how does he know that?

"Are you stalking me?" I asked him with a smirk.

"No, I'm just reading your mind" He said. Ha ha very funny.

"So a week?" Mr. Bryche asked.

"Affirmative" I said.

"So I'll see you both in a week" Mr. Bryche said as he stood and took his paperworks.

"Yes sir" We both said. We also stood as he walked out of his office.

"I'll leave also. I gotta check if my husband really cleaned at home" Vilea said.

"Sure sure"

"See ya bro"

"See ya"

She left. Me and Noah were left in the office. He looked at me and held both of my hands. "Shall I escort you home, Milady?" He asked as he kissed the back of my hands.

I gave him a smile and answered "I would love to"
