Chapter 3

Part Two.

I quickly run home and change into some cut daisy jeans and a blue tank top and then shrugged into a leather jacket with fur on the inside sleeves.

I then grabbed four cloaks from my closet and stuffed two in my backpack and two in my shoulder bag.

I then run to my motorcycle and drive off leaving my kittens to wander inside my house and go to the restaurant.

Sammy's P.O.V.

We entered Santa Clara I called Clara and told her we were just entering Santa Clara for our vacation.

She asked us to drop by the local bar where she works and the local comic shop and she'd give us a discount.

"Well Clara we're just hungry right now."I say

"Alright I'll see you there at the boardwalk restaurant then."she said hanging up.

I look into the back where Nick and Robbie are snoozing. I reached over and woken Nick and told him we're meeting a friend at the local restaurant and I have given Ryder directions.

Five minutes later we park and get out. Robbie awoke as soon as we got out the car he stumbles out the car and landed next to me. I helped him up.

"Why've we stopped?"he asked yawning

"We'll be eating soon we're just waiting for Carla."I say shivering

"We'll let's go get some shopping done so we won't freeze."he said

"I've got cloaks for your guests and your cloak also. Here!"said Carla from behind I turn and catch the backpack.

"Thanks our jackets aren't enough even though its Cali its still chilly."I say putting my cloak on that she pulled from her shoulder bag on her motorcycle. Then she handed me her shoulder bag I take the bag and find tons of cash.

"There is an investigation going on an abandoned house is supposedly haunted."she said inside my head

"What's this Carla you trying to spoil me already?" I asked holding up the brick of cash.

She smirks.

"My brother Daemon insisted. How can we girls say no the cloaks are from him also a Mazarin 20,000 double fuel injected Hummer and my bike."she said

A/N I don't really know what a Mazarin is I was just going with the flow. But a Hummer is real and the double fuel injected engine was from the first Transformers.

"I'm not sure about the abandoned house what's your plan otherwise you wouldn't have given me a hint?"I asked

"Well if your little Minion of a brother Daemon insisted then I guess we could go food shopping maybe party or buy a vacation home."I asked walking towards the restaurant the others joined me.

"So you're in for investigating with me?"she replied back in my head.

"Just tell us about it inside as a we're interested in having a vacation home and you know of an available house not being sold."I reply

"Why don't we all have burgers."Carla suggested

Everyone agreed.

"So you mentioned a vacation house you thinking of coming next Summer?"she asked

"I was being sarcastic but that would be cool to have a vacation house you know just in case someone decided to marry they'd have a vacation house to go too. Or maybe summer fun in the sun Santa Clara style."I said

Clara's POV

"Well I know of an abandoned house that is haunted and nobody will buy it. The realtor says if the house ain't sold by next week then its the Death sentence for that house."I say

Suddenly a handsome guy walks up and handed me a paper.

I opened it party at the Hayward place party at 4:00 pm. I closed the paper and smile at him.

"You reserving?"he asked

I licked my lips then pulled him to me and kissed him. I then pulled away and he stood up. " Only if you're going to be there."I say

Suddenly Sammy kicks me in the leg.

He looked at Sammy and the other three the curly one put an arm around Sammy's waist just under the table.

"What about you little hotness you party wildfire?"he whispers

I smirk knowing what's coming. She smirking then just under the table she clips his leg and he falls.

"You're going to leave her be."the curly guy says

Sammy's POV

"Robbie nobody will experience what my hidden quality is and nobody will discover what talent lays in the category of getting hot and pleasured."I say

"Come now Sammy show your hot stud what your talent of tantalizing is."said Carla

"We're not a couple!"said Robbie removing his arm from my waist in embarrassment and standing up and taking off.

"Robbie wait!" I called and ran after him through the crowded restaurant.

I finally stopped him and well he pushed me into a corner and put his arm around my lower waist and his other hand by my neck on the wall.

I try to get out but I couldn't go nowhere. I squeezed my eyes shut and tried to slow my heart rate which was rapidly speeding up my stomach getting butterflies and panic creeping up.

"Look at me Sammy baby!"he demands

I opened my eyes but I also shoved him away and slapped him and ran to the bathroom I just turned the corner and Robbie caught me by the arm.

"Let go please just let go I'm sorry."I say

"Sammy why'd you flip in the corner back there and just right now.?"he asked but let me go I backed away and he followed me but sat on the bench I hit the wall with my back and slid down and sat on the floor on my feet.

Nick shows up and leans down and lifted my chin up I look at him.

"Come let's finish our food Clara's going to take us to the fair afterwards."he said

I laugh.

"What's funny?"he asked helping me up.

"Well it's you Nick. You sound like a happy kid going to get ice cream."said Robbie snickering with amusement in his voice.

Nicks face turned to flabbergasted and speechless. Which set off a round of giggling in me.

I just run to Clara who's grinning like a fool.

"Did you confound Nick?"I asked

"Maybe!"she concluded popped emphasis on the B.

I just shook my head.
