She told others to help her wash a big pan and keep it on the stove. Then she poured milk on it. And boiled it on medium heat. She also explained to them what she is doing again and again so they won't have any problem memorizing it.

After boiling enough, she cut a lemon and used lemon juice to make the milk curdle. She kept stirring it so the milk will become curdle quickly.

Everyone watched like they are watching something wonderful. They saw milk before but it was breastfeeding milk. They heard milk from other animals is tasty but didn't taste it before or have seen it.

Milk was like snow-white water to them. They want to taste it but do not dare to utter it. So they swallow their mouths' water in their imagination.

"Now we need to extract the hard part from the milk water so we will use cold water first. Miss orange dress, can you please give me the bottle of water I placed there"

Hearing that the girl wearing orange clothes blushed, and she quickly gave the bottle beside her.

Bin used the water to make the cheese soft and then she waited for two minutes while teaching them how to make this and the reason for making it this way.

Then she used a white soft cotton clothing piece to squeeze the cheese from the water then rinse it well to remove the lemon flavor from the cheese and squeezed it again. Then she hung the cheese ball wrapped in the clothes.
