LXXXIX. Rowie's Origin Story.

That morning, Cookie and Vanilla found themselves at the kitchen of the King's Manor, sitting at the round table at the corner next to the pistachio-colored cupboard.

Mrs. King had wakened up earlier than the girls in order to feed her hens at the chicken coops, some 100 yards north from the construction. Seeing that the girls had just wakened up, she offered herself to make them breakfast.

"I hope you like hotcakes, Vanilla. Does Carol make them often?" She asked.

"I am the one who makes my own breakfast, Mrs. King," Vanilla responded.

The woman seemed a little surprised at first, but she understood when she learned about Vanilla's sleeping habits. The girl would wake up later than normal people, but Carol would not cook her anything even if Vanilla asked her for it.

'Make your own breakfast, and stop being so lazy,' That would be her step-mother's response, even if Vanilla had not asked her in years.
