CXVI. Yonder the Dream.

Cookie's eyelids made of silky flesh and sweet milk unwrapped themselves, revealing the two sapphires that her soul used as windows to peer and connect with the outside world.

Her essence got catalyzed into a tornado of subjective desires and objective satisfactions, no longer forming part of the physical world of neuro connections. Golden and silver cascades revealed before her eyes, streaming down in fine ribbons of porous textures. Behind them, nothing but a black nada perforated by blue stars were up to be seen. Invisible, ethereal water ebbed her to a single fixed direction, no matter how she accommodated herself on her way.

"This…" the girl mumbled, putting apart the piles of golden threads on her face that she had for hairs. She looked down, and any clothing that she could be wearing when she was still a living being in the real, imaginary world was gone inside the deathless dream.
