Vanilla continued to crawl between the sultry nada and her own whimpers until the three signs ahead became readable. She felt her body lightening up from the compaction and realized that the invisible tunnel had met its end. She clumsily got up and kept walking forwards.
The sign at her left put: Save the worthless animal.
The sign at the middle put: Go ahead, greedy, heartless ignorant. Is it worth it?
The sign at the right put: Save the worthless moron.
Her interiors boiled, but she knew it was just that sickening, twisted place playing with her mind. She continued advancing, and a familiar voice coming from the right side sent shivers down her spine.
"Vanilla! Help me!" Her father yelled. He had noticed her. She thought she was invisible to them.
And then, another voice rumbled too: Rowie's. "Vanilla! Please!" He cried.
