CLUELESS

Sunlight poured into the room showering its victims with a brilliant brightness as Hermione blinked her eyes open and took in her surroundings with a light head. A dull throb resided in her skull even though she felt as if she had been rejuvenated with the best sleep she has had in a while.

Hesitantly she tried to lift herself only to be dragged down by a heavy, muscular arm which only tightened its hold around her. Alarmed Hermione let out a loud shriek when her hazel eyes met with a pair of silver orbs.

It was too late when Draco finally registered his surroundings. He had been lost in his head, enjoying what felt like an unreal dream to him only for it to be shattered with the screech of reality which turned out to be quite painful to his ears, as he found himself on the floor.

Thump!

Before he could get up he was struck by a fluffy pillow.

"Ouch! Bloody Hell! What is wrong with you?" He stood up slowly rubbing his head to fully look at the girl standing before him, the one who dared to hit the Draco Malfoy. He sucked in a soft breath looking at her in her crumpled night pajamas. Her eyes, which he could get forever lost in, were wide open, a rosy hue coating her cheeks, lush red lips forming a soft pout in anger and brown locks scattered around her face. She still looked like a heavenly Goddess to him in that half frazzled -half awake state.

"What is wrong with me?! What is wrong with you? What were you doing in my bed?"

That question left Draco dumbstruck as he for the life of him could not fathom when, why and how he had landed beside the brunette.

Before he could stutter back a reply Madam Pomfrey walked in with a tray in her hand containing two glasses of water, saving him from the awkward situation.

" You both are up already? Lovely! Here, gulp down some water I am sure you must be thirsty."

As if magically the feeling of thirst which had been pushed to the very back of their minds rose to the surface in full glory leaving room for nothing else. Quickly picking the glasses they gulped down its contents before placing them back on the tray.

" I am sure you both must be very confused." Madam Pomfrey began placing down the tray before turning to look at them, hands on her waist." After all, Questions have to be asked and answers need to be given." she looked pointedly towards the blond boy.

Draco gulped, visibly growing paler as he roamed his eyes around nervously.

Does she know everything? How...?

" Miss Granger," the nurse's gaze softened as she turned gravely to the girl who looked half-confused and half-frustrated because if there is anything that Hermione Granger hates more than the end of school days with no homework is being left in the dark," You have to be understanding and open-minded to Mr. Malfoy's words. If you do not listen to him and make hasty decisions it will affect the two of you in ways you cannot imagine and you will surely live to regret it."
