Realization

They both looked too shocked. Were they really drugged? Was this real? It can't be,they thought. Leo saw himself and Emma walking hand-in-hand for about 10 minutes,then hugging and finally going separate ways. Both the Lionels were as red as an apple. The original Leo and Sergio were both watching the other's behavior so carefully and closely that they didn't realize that Brian came running towards them, panting.

' I-I-I saw something!',he stammered constantly.

'What?',asked the other two together.

'I...It's crazy! I saw myself! But I was different. I was wearing all these..chains and my hair were half blue!',he said with a shocked look. Leo and Sergio looked at each other for a while,then told Brian what they had seen.

'Holy shit',said Sergio.

'Tell me this is one hell of a dream.'

'It looks real enough.',said Leo, wishing not to believe what he just said. There was a long silence. Then Leo shouted

'Gotcha!'

'What?!'

'What if we are in an alternate universe?! Where things are same but quite different too.'

'But how can we travel here?', asked Brian. 'Dr.Jeffrey said that it was not possible as we didn't have the technology.'

'So let us ask him!',Leo replied.

'If he is in this universe.'

'We don't know his address.',said Sergio.

'We don't even know if he lives here.'

'We should try.'

Leo took out his phone. 'Let me see if he is on Google.' But his phone didn't show anything. It was as if it will never work again.

'Hell man'

'Excuse me!', Sergio was going to ask an old man passing by. 'Does Dr. Christian Jeffrey live here?'

'Yes my dear,he lives in a colony near the Rail Roads. His is the second house to the left of the main road.' The three were astonished at such an accurate answer. The man was very old and was walking with a stick. He was there with another fellow old man. The three heard him say,'So I cut the vice-principal's salary. I did not dread my decision. An old hag,she was. It was 1970,few years after I took the post of principal.'

The three hurried towards the Rail Roads,also looking for more differences in this universe. Some of the houses were bigger or smaller than they were back 'home'. They saw Gilda Smith along the way. She looked exactly the same, except that her hair were blond instead of red. Straight along the main road.. second to the left...,and they saw a house, neither huge nor small.

'I thought it would be large like Doc's!',said Sergio. They rang the doorbell.

'Identify yourselves.',said the voice from the small speaker.

'Hello Dr. Jeffrey,we need to talk to you. Urgently.'said Leo.

' Don't worry,we are just 13 year olds,we don't have guns or something.'said Sergio.

'That was unnecessary.',said the voice of Dr.Jeffrey. 'Come in.'
