Have you ever found peace that can make you forget all the burdens of your life?
If so, what is it? Sorry, I agree, I can get peace that can make me feel happy.
Come on tell me!
"Until when will you like this Meyra?"
I hurriedly listened to my eyes roughly using the back of my hand.
"I know it's hard for you, but you have to be strong in it. I understand your feelings. I know that by saying this won't make you feel right away. But I really can't stand seeing you like this every day." Aydin stroked my shoulder while storing the clear liquid that was still flowing from my eye temple with his thumb.
I am very grateful and thank God for giving me a best friend Aydin. Aydin is always there for me both in my senile moments as well as in my worst moments.
"Thank you Din, I'm fine. It's just that, I suddenly wanted to cry." I said slowly because now we were in the campus library to look for some references so we could finish our end of semester tasks faster.
Aydin nodded in understanding then turned to sit on the bench in front of me, "Promise not to cry anymore." Aydin pointed at me with his index finger and her sharp gaze pointed at me not to continue to drag on in my sadness.
I pulled a faint smile while nodding, "Yes, yes." I said, Even though sadness is still difficult to be thrown away.
Aydin smiled back and then cleaned up all his belongings, "You better go home and rest, you look very messy. I'll take you." She said.
I certainly did not want to bother her over and over again Aydin helped me very often, "I'm fine, I'm going home alone." I tidy up my things and put them in a bag.
Without permission, Aydin immediately pulled my hand to join, "Don't refuse!" Strictly speaking while pulling my hand.
I could only surrender when she forced me to get in her car. Before I had refused again, I said instead that I would go back to taking the bus, but it wasn't Aydin who wanted to succeed in making me give up.
Me and Aydin are currently studying at one of the well-known universities in South Korea namely Seoul National University or children more often refer to it by its abbreviation SNU. Yes, me and Aydin are now living as second year students in Food and Nutrition at SNU.
Aydin and I have been friends since high school, Aydin is the person who knows me the most after myself. Aydin is the perfect friend for me who always troublesome.
Aydin was the person I trusted the most to know all about my life, about all my burdens and yes of course she knew about my marriage held three months ago. A marriage that I did not want at all, a marriage that increasingly added to the burden of my life.
