Chapter 16

"Okay." Jira put his thumbs up.

"Sis, don't forget to play at home." I yelled from behind the car window.

"Easy, we will shop." She replied before Jimin started his car.

I smiled and nodded before we finally moved to go home.

When I got home, Jimin went swimming in the pool behind the house. "Auntie, please bring me a towel." Cried, it seemed he had forgotten today that the aunt who worked at our house was returning home.

So inevitably I took him a towel, I happened to be in the kitchen and accidentally heard him screaming.

"Where is Auntie?" He asked when he saw me who brought him a towel.

"You're going home, Auntie." I replied while putting the towel on the table.

"Oh yeah, I forgot. Thank you." He exclaimed then went upstairs.

When I was about to leave the pool, I accidentally slipped and fell into the pool. The floor is so slippery, I can't keep up.

My heart was beating fast, my hands were waving up trying to stay on the surface of the water, but unfortunately I was getting inside, my feet didn't reach the pool floor.

I'm not good at swimming, I feel like I really can't breathe in this water.

I thought I would really die and I was resigned to what would have happened if only Jimin hadn't helped me. I can hear that he had shouted my name.

My body was pulled in a hug, a warm hug in the midst of the chilling water.

Jimin took me to the side while hugging me. He looked very panicked when he saw me who was half-conscious, I felt very weak but could still see his face clearly.

Drops of water from her wet hair hit my face. Jimin patted my cheek softly while calling my name to make me aware and occasionally he shook my body.

Nearly about ten minutes I finally realized and for some reason I even cried, crying precisely fear.

"I thought I would die." I say trembling while crying.

I'm still in my position which is lying on Jimin's thigh. "You're still alive." He said, staring at me.

I sobbed remembering what happened a few minutes ago, my feelings mixed. I never thought Jimin would immediately pull me in his arms, "Come on, don't cry anymore. You're fine." He stroked my shoulder slowly.

I nodded in his arms. "Thank you." Softly.

Jimin led me inside to my room. "Change your clothes and rest." He said before coming out of my room.

"Yes." I replied.
