Sports Festival Pt. 5 | Ch. 11

Mizuki was dreading her next fight. Not because she thinks Iida will be unbeatable, but because she lost against Shin and now she had to wear something 10 times worse than cat ears. She had to wear a skirt, tail and cat ears. Mizuki wasn't enjoying life right now.

Iida personally didn't like Mizuki much. He feels she bends the rules a little too much. Along with that Shin boy. He really didn't like Shin, Iida didn't like how he disrespected Aizawa so often and how he just barged in their class.

Mizuki smiled at Iida when they stepped on the platform. The smile wasn't one of happiness though, it was one of anger because of her outfit. Iida didn't seem too happy about the outfit either, anyway Iida thought that Mizuki would be easy to take out. He didn't think that Mizuki could dodge his fast attacks.

The match started out relatively slow, Mizuki was dodging Iida's kicks and wearing the guy out by smacking his legs with a staff. Iida didn't realize it at the time, but she was slowly making his legs weaker. While Iida got slower Mizuki slowly started to attack back and also hit his legs more.

Iida thought he had this in the bag, Mizuki was dodging and didn't have much time to attack. All she did was get hits to his legs, which didn't do much. Key word, thought. Unknown to Iida, he slowed down considerably. The guy was annoyed because Mizuki started hitting him more and immediately thought that she was holding back at first, thinking that he was gonna be easy. So, in his annoyed state he used one of his high powered attacks.

His attack failed miserably, Iida's legs were too weak from the beating they took and he collapsed. Mizuki took that chance to, grab Iida and throw him out of bounds, using his momentum to her advantage.

Midnight: "Iida is out of bounds! Mizuki wins!" She announces.

Mizuki walks out of the arena where Shin was waiting for her.

Shin: "Heyo! Great job out there." He smiled.

Mizuki: "Shut it, you bully." She scoffed.

Shin: "Not my fault you lost the bet." He huffed.

Mizuki walked and talked as they headed back to the stands to wait for their next match. They didn't start betting this time though. They had to get more serious at this point in the game.
