Blood Moon Witness

Snow crumbling below my step

Flesh breaking before its breath

The land screaming in silent glares

With red and steel, both laid bare

The moon tainted in crimson glee

It's whispers tempting the feeble me

To rest along its snowwhite path

Fading below my reddened tracks

Stars fall upon my dreary eyes,

Hazily feeding my ears with lies

That paradise awaits the fall of my steel

But I can't risk believing that's real

Hope's abandoned my wretched sight,

Sins now burden my blade with fright

This soul tainted with bloodied regret

Won't seek the pardon, it never deserved

Snow will crumble below my step

My bones made dust before its breath

Still, I'll tread below this accursed moon

Amidst the red and steel, I laid bare
