The quest they were doing was one that refreshed once a week. As a ranked Quest, it had a it's own leader board and statistics located on the servers main hub.

The goal of this quest was the go through 5 waves of mobs that would increase in strength before having to battle the BOSS of the level chosen for that weeks ranking. These levels shifted from different types of 'dungeon bosses. Though in the normal dungeon, these bosses were nerfed, in the ranking event quest, they removed those nerfs.

This weeks Ranked Boss Quest was the Demon King Xiao Mai. This was the only Ranked Quest that hadn't been 'beaten'. The highest rank was to wave 3. Being labeled as the toughest boss in the game under normal means, this boss with his full strength made it impossible for players to pass the 3rd wave.

Aoi hadn't really wanted to take part in this quest before because of the lack of having a proper team to fight with. It would just be stupid to try to take this quest on with his previous groups.

The party shifted from the meeting point to the Event location, [[God_of_War]] sent out the Quest scroll to activate it, as the server began to announce the start of the Event Boss starting.

The party members began to place their characters into the needed positions, as he himself moved to stand to the side of [[God_of_War]]. As the all-rounder. He would need to not only help deal enough damage, but he also needed to make sure the supporting roles and back ups wouldn't die.

Switching from attacking with [[God_of_War]] and healing those that needed it, Aoi would also set out MP revival skills to help the others regain lost MP.

The first two waves passed smoothly, with little loss on their party. It wasn't until the start of the third wave that [[Chaos_Boss]] Finally moved from his location to stand in front of [[V1RUS]]. The youth smug as he voiced out his own thoughts.

[[Chaos_Boss]]: This is the wave no one can pass, so those who can't talk should be support!"

Aoi felt his fingers twitch as he ached to just PK is own team mate. With the wave starting, it was impossible to force the other party back to his position without losing concentration on the upcoming horde of demon NPCs.

[[God_of_War]] yelled at [[Chaos_Boss]] for leaving his position and told him to return as he began to attack the first few demons to arrive.

[[V1RUS]] had to shift from attacking to healing [[God_of_War]] as [[Chaos_Boss]] ignored the command and began to attack as an attack player. It was obvious he had the same kind of 'skill' Aoi had, though his use of it was lack luster and left a lot of openings. Contently causing him to be in the way of [[God_of_War]]'s attacks.

The wave continued to grow stronger as the horde's main attack force finally arrived.

[[Chaos_Boss]] continued his attempt to 'steal' the light from [[V1RUS]], as he ignored the other party members curses for him to pull back. It wasn't until [[God_of_War]] ended up being pushed back from his position that Aoi's fuse finally blew.

[[V1RUS]]: "Get the hell out of the way!"
