Chapter 3| New Rival.

Zhang Wei realised how long he had been staring at the lady and he cleared his throat before asking, "What is your name?", She looked at him again with her beautiful blue eyes and replied "Ning Xueluo then as though on second thought added, my name is Ning Xueluo", Zhang Wei nodded before asking again "What job did you want to apply for?" She pressed her lips together before replying "I am applying for the post of a cleaner".

Zhang Wei nodded again then turned to Gu Yue and said "Gu Yue, take her to Feng Mian's office and tell him to give her an employment letter now then also tell Li Jian

to put up her post as the head cleaner and the one that cleans only my office ."Then you-he said and turned to Ning Xueluo-after you get your employment letter,start working tommorow, Gu Yue will direct you on how to go about it." He used less than ten minutes to say this and was about walking out again before Gu Yue said "Mr. Zhang Wei there is already someone that is the head cleaner and also cleans your office", without turning around,he asked "What is her name?" Gu Yue paused for a moment before saying "Her name is Zhi Ruo" with his back still facing them Zhang Wei spoke again "then tell Li Jian to remove her from that post" and he walked out.

After Zhang Wei had gone out, Gu Yue looked at the woman beside her, 'what sort of luck did someone need to have to be annoying to a CEO then get the job straight with orders from his mouth?!' giving Ning Xueluo one last glance, she looked forward then said "follow me".

Ning Xueluo stared at the handsome man that had just walked out of the door, she could not believe what he had just said-she was employed!!-with out an interview! She was shedding inner tears of joy, her luck was not as bad a she had thought...it was not.

∆ A few minutes later∆

Gu Yue looked at Ning Xueluo who was standing beside her in the elevator and sighed again, this lady's luck was just too good. After a while the elevator sounded and as they stepped out, Gu Yue told Ning Xueluo where they where going, it was to Feng Mian's office because he was the officer in charge of employment and the one who was to give her an employment letter.

They soon got to a door and stopped, Gu Yue knocked on it and opened it then she and Ning Xueluo entered. Ning Xueluo looked around, the office was quite plain, it just had some stack of papers, a coffee maker,water dispenser, one couch, two visitor chairs and a wooden table in the middle with a man in a swivel chair behind it, the man looked angry and impatient and the placard on the table showed his name 'Feng Mian'. Clearing her throat Gu Yue started talking "Good Day Mr.Feng, CEO Zhang has sent me to you" Feng Mian looked shocked for a second before replying "CEO Zhang? What for?" pointing at Ning Xueluo, Gu Yue continued "He said that you should give her an employment letter now because he wants her to start working tommorow" "tommorow!! But she didn't come for an interview" Feng Mian said looking shocked, Gu Yue cleared her throat again and said "Mr.Feng the letter has to be ready before thirty minutes as I still have to take her to Mr. Li Jian's office". Hearing how serious she sounded, Feng Mian started working on the letter, he already had a draft but just needed to fill in the employee's name and the job they were employed for, this made him sigh in relief.

Feng Mian opened the draft on his computer and looked at Ning Xueluo, he wondered what made Zhang Wei suddenly want to employ her, she just looked so...out of place, he shook his head to focus and asked her "what is your full name?" "My name is Ning Xueluo" came her reply "so...Ning Xueluo what job are you being employed for?" Feng Mian asked again, Ning Xueluo cleared her throat before replying "I am being employed as a cleaner". The first thought that came to Feng Mian's mind was 'he employed her for the post of a cleaner? Why would CEO Zhang ever do that?' saying he was shocked was an understatement, he was angry, 'three weeks ago he had asked CEO Zhang if his daughter could get the job of a cleaner without an interview and he disagreed!! Then he just brings a random woman to fill in the post?-ha...let him see how long she would last before he (Feng Mian) brings her down because if Feng Jiao could not get the job...no one will!' he glared at Ning Xueluo then finished typing before printing the letter out, stamping it and handing it over to Gu Yue who immediatly walked out with Ning Xueluo.

"umm...thanks...sorry about all the stress...and...umm.." Ning Xueluo glanced at Gu Yue, 'how on Earth was she supposed to tell her that she needed help?!' while she was still thinking she heard Gu Yue ask "what do you need?" "need?...oh.. yeah, please I need you to tell me the work ethics so you know...I don't get fired quickly" she replied with an akward smile, Gu Yue rolled her eyes and said "the only thing you need to do to keep you here, is to face your work, don't leave you work post!, Stay where you are assigned or you might bump into someone you are not supposed bump into!" Gu Yue had ended it with a "you-know-what-I-mean" tone and Ning Xueluo flushed red-it was not her fault that she had bumped into the CEO,was it?!-their walk came to an end as they stopped in front of a tinted glass door that had a doorbell attached to it, Gu Yue pressed the bell and they waited for a while before a man's voice told them to come in, closing the door behind her Ning Xueluo looked around, the office was much bigger than Feng Mian's office and it was so beautiful!! 'The floor was covered with a soft purple rug, the walls were painted cream, there were two soft looking red couches at a concert,an air conditioner,a door that had toilet written on it, two comfy looking visitors chairs, a water dispenser, another door, a file...wait, two seconds back... another door...what for?' Ning Xueluo stopped looking around and stared at the man behind the wooden table, he looked at Gui Yue then her and back at Gu Yue who cleared her throat and said "Good day Mr Li Jian, this is Ning Xueluo, she was employed today and CEO Zhang said that you should remove Zhi Ruo from the post of the head cleaner and replace her with Ning Xueluo and she should also be the one who cleans his office and nowhere else" Li Jian nodded and asked "You are sure CEO Zhang ordered this?" "Yes, he did, I have already gotten her employment letter from Feng Mian it is just left for you to look at it and stamp it" Gu Yue said this and dropped the letter on his desk.

∆ Some Minutes Later∆

Li Jian watched as Gu Yue walked out with Ning Xueluo to get her uniform and shook his head, 'removing Zhi Ruo from her position as head cleaner to assistant head was probably going to cause a strife and Ning Xueluo looked too calm to do anything', he made a mental note to talk to CEO Zhang Wei about it, after that he picked up his phone and called Zhi Ruo to tell her about the new arrangement and was not surprised when she started crying, after all from cleaning only the CEO's office to being an general cleaner was frustrating.
