The Omega is the lowest ranking in a pack and Emilia Snow held that rank. She was the omega in the Nightshade Pack. She was only that rank because she was the last to phase to her wolf and because she was the odd one. Emilia suffered from abuse that she endured for not only her family but also from her own pack. This is her tale as she suffers day in and day out of being abused and how someone came to save her. This is Tales of the Abused Omega.

The Tale of the Abuse Omega

It has been four amazing weeks since the accident and I have been getting stronger and faster each day. I have spent most of my time outside in the sun. Tho I haven't really been able to go far without Kalen getting to be worried and then mad when he can't find me. I sat in the gazebo that look like it was from a fairytale. I had fell in love with this area ever since Kalen brought me to it two weeks ago. 


I had a book in my hand as I sat on the swing reading. This was always been my favorite thing to do was read. I was so lost in the book that I didn't hear Kalen yelling for me until I felt his large hand sit on my shoulder. I looked up at him and said "oh hi my love, I'm sorry I didn't hear you. I have been reading" he rolls his eyes as he looked at me "you need to pay attention and listen to when I yell your name" 


I sighed heavily lovely he is in a bad mood. I looked at him and said "Kalen, I'm okay Sam is right over there being my body guard as you signed him up to be" Kalen looked over at Sam and sighed "just please answer me back" I got up and kissed his cheek "K I'm not that fragile, I'm not glass you can't break me and either can anything else, so please stop treating me like I am" 


He nods his head as he looks at me and said "I'm sorry Em, I just can't forgive myself for letting you get hurt in the first place, your body is still healing for the attack and I just don't want to lose you. " I giggled softly and hugged him calming his nerves and said "Kalen honey, if I'm ever in trouble I will call you or I will mind link you but you need to trust me" 


I knew he wasn't very open and trusted only a few but for crying out loud I am his imprint he should trust me by now. I'm not going to be kept as a caged bird. Kalen was having a fight with his inner self and he sighed and said looking me in the eyes "Em I trust you I don't trust everything else out there. Hunters are out there with a rogue wolf looking for you, they know your not dead. Abby is out there looking for you. Even with the warning I had giving her she will still try something to hurt you. If you don't believe me than look at the water. The truth lies in the water. It never lies " 


I looked at him and then down at the water. Of course the water never lies. All of Earth's packs are tied together through water, it's our way we can connect beyond our wolves to the natural world. We have all gone to the water's looking for answers and we always found it. Maybe Kalen was telling the truth. Maybe he is doing this to just try to protect me from being hurt. I signed heavily and nodded my head "okay Kalen, I will be more careful and answer you when you call" 


Kalen smiled brightly and kissed my forehead before hugging me "that's all I wanted to hear Em, I dont mind you being outside and doing you just be more careful and more alert"
