Kim Jeho leaned in for a kiss that lasted only for a second, It was only a peck, but Mina felt that it was a bit lacking. "It does not seem like you are ready to see my true form so I think it's better to do it some other time."

'What does he mean by being seeing his through form?' Mina thought to herself, with a frown on her face. Her brows drew a line and it was clear that she was very confused with the situation.

Jeho leaned away and ran his fingers through his blonde hair, "You don't have to be that shocked, but I'm guessing you were. I think it's better for me to show it some other time, don't you agree?"

"What do you mean by 'some other time' Kim Jeho?!" Mina yelled as she was becoming annoyed and frustrated at the same time. "What did I just see? What are you, exactly?"

"You will be looking forward to it, Hong Mina," Jeho winked and distanced himself from her.

The door burst open and all the staff entered the room and started setting up the cameras. A script reading like this always had cameras for the producing director to be able to show the audience how the casts work and all.

It was also at that time that Jeho exited the room. That Kim Jeho was always so swift when it is time for him to disappear.

Mina was still confused about what Jeho said earlier. Was he just spouting nonsense again?

Was it possible that the person she was seeing in her dreams was him?

But how?

That is almost impossible!

How could he enter her dream?

Dreams happen in her subconscious mind. It is almost impossible to enter that world unless----

Unless what?

Hong Mina did not even bother to think about it, since it was impossible.

'We are already in the 21st century, Hong Mina.' Mina had an internal monologue yet again. 'It's impossible for you to meet those lustful demons in your sleep. Jeho looked like a normal human being why would he---'

"Hello, Miss Mina?" A man with a hoarse voice called her attention and she saw it was Seo Jahyeun. The main actor of the drama she was in. "Nice seeing you again!"

When he smiled, his dimples showed themselves for a split second. It was pleasant to see. He had perfectly shaped eyebrows for men, a pretty set of eyes, a tall nose, and thick lips. Everything about him looked too pretty.

Jaehyun looked like an idol who was about to debut in a male group. Despite his girl-like features, he looked very manly with his broad shoulders and tall stature. He was definitely an actor.

Mina immediately stood up and did a bow, trying her best not to look sound arrogant or piss off a big senior like him. He has been in the entertainment industry for a long time and she definitely had to show a great side of her.

Did he remember her? Of course, why would he call her name if he did not remember her?

Maybe he could have seen her name, their paper tags are on where they are at.

But if he did remember him, then there is a chance that he knew how and why she was able to land the lead role. After all, what she got was a supporting role. But because of Kim Jeho's sudden interference, she suddenly got a role.

Many rookie actresses would raise their brows, Mina did not even know who the rookie actress that she replaced. What mattered the most for her was not to get caught as it may be considered as a betrayal to them.

In the end, Mina bowed her head slightly as she watched him sit right next to her. It could have been a heart-fluttering moment. But no, she was already done with it. Mina's heart won't flutter anymore. She was blinded by her greed and only wanted to become a top actress.

"Yes, it's nice to see you too, Mister Jaehyun," Mina waited for him to sit down before she did. There's no female first in the industry. As long as you are a senior, you are treated way better than rookie ones.

Mina was so sure that the topic of her getting the lead role out of nowhere will be something that people would definitely ask. The scriptwriter and director were having a hard time reaching making a decision that the cameraman had to do something and just interview rookie actors and actresses.

She stood up and followed the cameraman who instructed her to stand behind the walls. The cameraman started his camera rolling and asked Mina a question. "Please tell us your thoughts, Miss Mina."

"I am so happy and grateful to have taken a lead role." Mina tried to sound as feminine and elegant as possible as she clasped both of her hands. "I am very much honored to work with such veteran actors and actresses on set. To be honest, I am nervous and excited at the same time."

"I see," the cameraman continued. "There were rumors that you only managed to get the role through connections. Is that correct?"

Mina expected this question already but it never failed to make her silent. The answer she has thought a lot earlier disappeared. There was nothing she could say, she just stayed there like a block of frozen ice and did nothing.

It was the first time Mina was being like this. She had always been confident about herself but this time, she just could not say anything at all.

Luckily, Jaehyun was there and he jumped into the frame with a refreshing smile on his face. "Ey, that is impossible. The scriptwriter, producing director, and me as the male lead of the drama was there for the casting and I can assure you that the original female lead we cast for the role suddenly opted out and the second choice was Miss Mina." He added, "No one is cast through connections.'
