EPILOGUE

Author's POV

Armaan was flabbergasted while Zayn consoled him and called their families to inform them about her funeral. They arranged an emergency flight back from Paris to Mumbai, Armaan never left his wife in the last moments he knew he would never again get a chance with her. He kept crying while hugging her and then kissed her between their hugs requesting her to wake up and asking her to forgive him for his deeds and promising her that he'll always listen to her just so that she'll wake up and say that it was just a mere prank. They took the body back to Mumbai and the funeral happened.

After 7 days,

It was Alisha's birthday today and it was today, that all their wishes came true. Armaan was standing in a white shirt and a white pant looking handsome like always and his Alisha standing in a white gown looking gorgeous with her hand holding her husband's arm. Seems like The Almighty had fulfilled all their last wishes but in a different way.

White was the colour of peace and beauty but today it only defined destruction. Though everyone sitting there was mourning but no one uttered a word. Because they were they were tired of crying for Alisha but the pain in their hearts never left and today even though they wanted to start again they couldn't because they had lost their son too. YES ARMAAN IS FINALLY WITH HIS ALISHA NOW. A week before the same house was mourning over their daughter-in-law who was never just a daughter-in-law, to Armaan's parents she was their own daughter, after all they loved her like one. Today, they lost their son too. He went to his Alisha, god had finally heard his prayers.

After performing Alisha's last rites, Armaan went to his room and never left it. All his loved ones tried getting him out of the room. He didn't even eat food and now when he came out of his room, it's only his body that came out, his heart that Alisha had taken with her too his soul to her today.?

"Sameera ji, seems like your house is affected by evil eye? Did you do something bad? Two deaths in just one week." A neighbour who had come to attend Armaan's funeral commented but before Sameera could reply there came an unknown young couple who were dressed in white clothes in their twenties and replied to lady's comment.

"Maa ji, seems like your son loved his wife the most. In our culture, they say that if you die within a month of your partners death. Never be sad because we died, be happy that we are together" The man told and then the couple took the blessings from Sameera, Sameer, Vikram and Soniya. The young couple wiped the 4 people's tears and hugged Karan and then after walking out of the mansion they vanished into air. The family shocked at their words and smiled eye to eye when they realised that it was their own blood that talked to them in a different way.

Yes, Armaan and Alisha had their happily ever after like all the stories. But the unlikely thing was that their happily ever after was in another world away from this planet. But still together.

Some stories have sad endings because they're perfect when imperfectly ended.

Love is not all about staying together, it's about staying loyal even when you stay away from each other. It's about living your life like the person who you love, resides in you even when you are too far from each other. It's not about spending years and years together, it's about spending just a few moments together and make a few memories together and then live your life again and again in those memories. Love is all about two bodies and one soul. Love is all about falling for that person every day, every hour, every minute, every second and every nanosecond over and over again.

I'd like to end this story with a note that Armaan must have fallen for Neha, but she was never destined for him, yes, he loved her but their fates were never written to be together. Armaan was destined to be Alisha's and that's what happened, their bodies separated for a while, their souls did too. But, in the end it all happened just for a cause of them being together.
