Guns and Memories (To Keep Us Apart)

"What the hell are we going to do now?" She said. She was petrified, to what her parents had just told her. Why can't they be supportive? Why does everything have to be difficult? Why should THEY be difficult?



"Don't worry. We'll show them that we aren't messing around. You know I'm crazy about you, right Caila?" The boy replied with a kind voice.



She nodded, and they held hands. For a moment, they felt as if everything is alright, that they're the only ones in this world, that everything is peaceful. When in fact, the world is a cruel place, full of people consumed by envy, wrath and greed.



"I love you, no matter how many times they separate me from you. I will always find you." The boy continued to declare his love as they drove away in the city with their getaway car.
