Everything, I mean Everything!!

"Umm… Hehe." Ella did not know how to respond anymore, so she just smiled dryly. 

"W-we were here to check up on Aiden, uncle." Liam suddenly said. He looked at Aiden and then continued, "As I said, I think Ella and I will leave now."

He held Ella by her shoulders trying to get out of here. He had to apply some extra force because she was unwilling to move. Before leaving, Liam gave Aiden a knowing gaze. 

"Hmm. We'll talk later, I will call you." Aiden said as he watched them go out.

As soon as they walked out, Ella struggled herself free from Liam's grip and snapped at him angrily, "What do you think you are doing? Huh!?" 

Liam was stunned at this, she was  practically shouting at him right now. He did know how to react to this.

Thankfully, before things got more awkward, Liam's phone started buzzing. Habitually, he stopped looking at Ella and took his phone out. 

Ella thought that even Liam was avoiding her and gnashed her teeth, "Liam, are you also ignoring me-" 

Suddenly the phone screen was shown to her. Liam held his ringing phone in front of Ella's face. The call had yet to be received.

Ella immediately shut her mouth up when she saw who was the caller. 

After seeing Ella zip her mouth, Liam accepted the call, "Hello Father."

Unexpectedly, instead of hearing his father's voice from the other end, he heard a female's voice. "Hello, Liam? Dear when are you returning home?" 

Liam closed his eyes with frustration, he tried very hard not to make a disgusted face in front of Ella, after all, the caller was her mother; blood related mother.

Ella was too disinterested to realize this change in Liam, and checked her phone.

She only knew something was amiss when she realized that Liam had not spoked anything after greeting his father, and therefore looked up from her phone.

As she looked at Liam, she heard him say "Hold on Miss Eli, I will put Ella on line. As for me? I will come back whenever I feel like it."

Then Liam handed his phone to Ella, and turned around. Ella looked at the phone, the name was still written as 'Father' but when she talked, she realized it was her mother.  "Hey mom! What's up?"

Meanwhile inside Aiden's ward…

"Father…?" Riely was shocked to see her father in law behave like this. She knew that Tyler had seen Ella earlier, when he had entered the room. Then what was this just now? The whole thing with this 'What are you doing here' drama? Did he want to drive Ella away by making her angry?

Riely did not understand why he would do this. "Didnt father also approve of the marriage between Aiden and Ella?" She thought as she looked at Tyler. 

Looking at her face filled with questions, Mr. Smith smirked, and casually asked her, "What are you saying Riely? I don't understand."

He could very well understand what was going on in his daughter in law's mind. "How can she be so naive until now? Well, I will talk to her about this later on… Or maybe I should ask Ethan to talk to her?" As Mr. Smith thought all this, he turned towards the Doctor present there. 

Mr. Frill secretly chuckled when he saw how his boss feigned his innocence and avoided Riley's questions. But he agreed with him, they could not afford to agitate Riely in any manner, especially today when she had to visit the hospital due to some complications.

On the other hand, even Aiden had similar thoughts. He was happy to know that his father was supportive of his relationship with Maya and did not force him to be with Ella for business gains.

He knew that avoiding such questions by his sister-in-law was the best thing right now. Ten years ago, after going through such a dangerous accident and facing a miscarriage, the doctors were sure that it would be almost impossible for her to give birth again, but now… One could never predict the future and therefore everyone had to be extra careful towards her.

Aiden was very happy for his brother and his wife.

As he had a tender smile on his face, Aiden looked at Maya. Some day, even they would have a bundle of happiness… Won't they?

The Doctor who was suddenly asked questions about Aiden was scared stiff.

If it were someone else asking him this question, he could reply how he would normally, but the person asking him this question was the Chairman of SG Corps!! 

"W-well…" The doctor tried to hide his embarrassment and continued professionally, he had by- hearted the speech Aiden had asked him to say.

But that diagnosis was for Maya, should he say that now? He looked at Aiden as if asking for help from him… But Aiden was busy looking at Maya…

"Ugh! What should I do?!" The doctor pulled his hair internally and decided to continue with the old plan. 

"Well, we need to keep Mr. Aiden overnight in the hospital for transfusion."

"Keep him overnight?" Maya was confused, didn't the Doctor say that Aiden could head home after getting stitches?

"Uh- yes… He lost a lot of blood, you see. Now he needs complete bed rest, that means he will be unable to do much work."

The doctor felt embarrassed for himself, as a doctor he was helping a young lad getting affection from his girlfriend!! Where were his ethics?! "So as his girlfriend, I hope and expect that you will help him with everything. I mean everything."

"...!?" Maya was shocked by listening to his words. 

It was not only her but also other people in the room who were very shocked by this news.
