Hearing the man in front of her saying these words, Maya raised an eyebrow.

Can't say she hadn't expected this from her old lady.

Years ago she had walked out of Lena's place with her head held high even though she knew that by doing this she would be hurting her teacher to the greatest extent.

Saying that, this type of greeting could be reasonable but- Maya stopped and looked straight at the man.

This is definitely not how Lena would deal with things, she knew her too well to know that this petty situation was someone else's work.

It took a few seconds for Ashley to understand this but she also caught up soon enough. Her shocked expression was back to normal as she blankly looked at the man, "Excuse me, but I think we can because we have an appointment."

And that's when he knew he had messed up.
