Part 4

She sat in the din for an hour waiting on her parents and sister to return. After an hour had passed her family finally came home, they walked into the din to see Esme sitting there with a bottle of water. "You're okay, I was so worried," Kya said with an excited tone. Esme fake smiled as she took a sip of her water, her parents didn't say a word to her which made her feel a type of way. She looked over to see Kya had a bunch of new bags full of clothes that irritated her. "So while I was out for the past 3 days all you guys did was buy new clothes for Kya? You didn't care that your second child could have possibly lost her life?" her anger grew stronger with each word. "You didn't die, Esme don't be so overdramatic" Kya spoke. 'I don't think I was talking to you Kya. For once stop talking when I'm speaking to my parents" she replied. As she spoke the table started shaking, she rose from her seat and walked towards her sister but started to hear her mother's thoughts that spoke;

"I should have had only one child. Why does Esme have to be such a spoiled ungrateful prude all the time"

Esme was hurt because she didn't know her mother felt that way about her, she never spoke up. For once Esme wasn't hurt enough to cry she was hurt enough to destroy. Esme's powers grew stronger, she started lifting everything in the room with her mind as she floated above the ground. Her parents and sister started backing up in fear. Esme's eyes started turning grey as the strong wind blew the din windows open and lightning began to strike once again. "Esme what happened to you... you're a-" her father didn't get to finish his sentence before her mother did herself. "A monster". Esme just looked at them as they shook with fear, she moved closer to them and said 2 words. "I am" before she started laughing. Out of nowhere she looked down and saw an arrow put through her stomach. She looked at her father and saw he had shot her. She started to lose consciousness but before she did she heard her father say "You're banished from here forever "
