The Professor knew he had to do something to stop her but he also knew she was too powerful so he had no choice but to let her go and pray she changes her mind. Esme headed for the place that used to be her home, August Village. She saw the castle and everybody in the village was celebrating, for a quick second Esme thought about her 3rd birthday. Her parents had a huge parade just like the one in front of her and bought her a necklace. She touched her neck and that necklace was still there, the necklace had a beautiful diamond in the middle. She could remember her father's words when he gave it to her "A beautiful necklace for my beautiful baby princess" Esme started to smile as the beautiful memory appeared in her head. She missed that feeling of having her father's love so she decided against her original plan. Mending her relationship with her family was more important than revenge. She started to walk through the crowd of people until she reached her destination, her parents. She looked up at them hoping they would see her but they were too busy smiling at the crowd so she called them. Eventually, they heard her and looked down, they couldn't believe their eyes. They thought Esme had died but she was right there in front of their faces. Kya was in awe because she didn't expect to ever see her sister's face again. She motioned for Esme to come up to where they all sat. Esme smiled from ear to ear and went up. "Why are you here? We banished you, you were supposed to die in those woods" her mother stayed while holding baby Rose.

"Mom I missed you. I forgive you guys for banishing me. I just want everything to go back to how it was when I was a little girl. Do you remember when I was 3 and we had a celebration just like this for me? It's where you gave me this necklace daddy" Esme spoke while holding the necklace around her neck. Her father got up from his throne and walked towards Esme smiling. She started smiling too, expecting him to give her a hug and tell her he loves her like he did when she was just a little girl. Unfortunately, it didn't go that way, the king walked up to Esme and snatched the necklace from her neck. "You don't deserve to have a princess necklace around your neck. You are a monster and no longer my daughter. Leave here before I have you beheaded" King said with a serious demeanor.
