Disappointment

Robin rolled and tossed on his bed as he thought about what to do next. He really didn't like the way the events were unfolding. He had assumed that the king would leave him in charge of the execution, but now that the king was insisting on a trial, he couldn't let it be. He was even more anxious now that he had no idea of where Fiona, the maid, had disappeared to.

He got out of bed and carried a lantern as he made his way to the dungeon. Once he got to the entrance of the dungeon, he ordered one of the two guards who was guarding the gate to get him the girl.

Soon the guard whom Robin had sent to get Bella ran back, covered in sweat and with a look of confusion on his face, "Your highness, she is not in her cell."

"What do you mean? Where is the mute thief?" Robin roared.

"Sh__she is no longer in the dungeon," The guard replied in a shaky voice. He knew how deadly Prince Robin's temper was, and he never hesitated to use his sword when he was angry.
