"So a ninja, huh?" A woman's voice came outside the weapon room.

Izuna stared at the woman at her eyes, finding any intent. Just a tinge of lies, he would not trust them. Just a tinge of cunningness, he would be careful about them. Because, Tobirama slew me because of that, because of cunningness.

And, he did sense lies. Fury got it too, but the offer was unexpected and crucial in this moment. Not worried they would fight a battle they can't win. Not to boast but I already overestimate them. I thought them better than use this lady to find information about me.

I would not trust this woman, for sure. Until she reveal herself, I would not trust her.

"Prefered to be called 'Shinobi' in our world. I would say a ninja soldier is my definite explanation." Izuna replied while examining the quality of the equipment. He was intrigue by the use of this polymer suit. Quite good, bulletproof and bladeproof. There goes my chain vest. The suite was more practical, unrestricted to movements, light but durable and most impprtantly, it does the job done.

"Childhood?" The woman walkes beside him, loading her pistols and stocking magazine in her belt. Izuna wad quite in trance of her beautiful red hair, it somewbat looked like the Uzumaki Clan's red hair, but with her in slight darker color.

"No childhood. That's what happen if you were born in the times of war. All about survival and pride of your people." Izuna replied, still waiting on his Ninjato as they say have it stock at the weapons storage, not practical they say. What about I use that to them if it's not practical?

"Silent or kill on sight?" Izuna continued, not really liking the woman beside him.

"Silent. Your job will be extraction and our job is to assess you." The woman smiled, realizing her charm tactic will not work. She's a great spy alright. Using her appearance to charm and break down the guard of his victims. They say her other name was 'Black Widow', beautiful but venomous. Other than her lies, I sense great regret and scarred heart, deep inside. Whether she realise this or not, she's in great pain.

Finally, his Ninjato came. Very heavy but that's what make it good. He took couple of shurikens and military knives, as they don't have kunais. As I said earlier, not practical, they say.

Unknown Location

Izuna is silently waiting for his signal. This comms is revolutionary, this would change the Shinobi world completely. Now, far away from the team, they can communicate with each other, further strengthening the coordination of operatives.

Looking down from the building, he sensed 10 individuals, 1 being the extraction target. The others are armed, experienced and smart.

A distort sound came from the comms, a woman's voice was heard, "Izuna, you are up."

"Mnn." Was all the reply of Izuna. Being a Uchiha, 'Mnn' is one of the traits of their Clan. Others say, if the Naka's 'Troublesome' is their main words on each sentences, 'Mnn' is Uchiha's. They only say it if they're unbothered to reply.

Izuna used 'Shunshin' and arrived at the roof the building. Shunshin or Body Flicker can compromise you mind as this technique affect tunnel vision, shaking your mind with the fast velocity, which your senses cannot catch up to it. Only with Dojutsu Kekei Gankai can negate this downside of Shunshin.

Sneaking off is quite easy, especially if these people doesn't know the technique used. On top of that, the cameras are off, the other team's work. After they've done that, Black Widow will confirm the extraction.

All I have to do is put the old man to a genjutsu and escaped. Using my chakra sense, I will avoid any paths from the armed enemies. Pretty easy, I have done it in minutes. Silent work and we are a go.

Coming out of the building, Izuna noticed Black Widow comint out too. Something's fishy. I thought extraction was the job. Oh, they did not mention an another job in this, well nobody will spill the secret because nobody knows them. Great thinking Fury.

Izuna threw the old man to the ship and said, "Field test done, Ms. Widow."

"Well done, Mr. Uchiha." She brought the most charming smile, but very sickening as this reek with deception. Not on the level when I saw Madara's sick ambition when I was reanimated and out of control, but she's getting there. Must be commited to another mission, a perfect candidate in carrying tasks.

"Mnn." I jumped to the ship, closed my eyes and felt my mind into deep meditation. I recall my past, back when the warring periods of the Uchiha and Senju. I didn't know my Brother had been meeting with the Heir of the Senju Clan, believing in peace, although not very optimistic.

One time I followed him into the woods, until he met with a boy in the same age, brown-haired boy with a goofy smile. Energetic and optimistic. That was all the personality of the brown-haired goof, simple and peaceful. They talk about their future, where is no war, no disputes for the future generations. I got to say, that is a very ambitious future they're talking.

Not that I'm against it, it is possible but with the warring periods going on, it will take Clan Heads, Elders, pride and people to convince.

I should have known then, that I should have supported my brother. I should have supported peace for the younger generation, born from peace, whereas peace will all they know. My dispute with Tobirama also extended the hatred to my clansmen, further cursed with prideful and outcast nature.

Will I do better if I supported peace than my people's pride? Of course, because I saw what happened in the future where my brother was decieve and used, mankinds' near extinctinction, and many lives loss to realize some Mama's Boy's revival of his mother.

I could have done better. My personality and my prowess digress to the bottom. My cautious and wary self draining down the pit. My deep in the waters desire, resurfacing. I desire correction, another chance.

Izuna opened his eyes, activating his Mangekyou Sharingan, smiling from the epiphany and realizing his desire.

An area where I live had a positive case of Corona. Therefore, my family and myself was conducted into series of test. Being worried and all, I didn't release any chapters. Unfortunately, the place is still on lockdown. We felt paranoid and the only thing we can do was entertain ourselves in binge watching and other fun stuff. Can't think to write if you're worried and all. Anyways, I'm back!
