Chapter one

One day a young girl was walking down the path thinking about life as all girls do but one thought pricked her attention and made he halt in her step.

"Wow she had a nice bod"

"Wait what!"

As the girl stood and thought of this strange thought people walked past her and looked at her in confusion but left her to her own devices as they didn't want to deal with the girl.

Now I bet your wondering who is this girl I am talking about! Well that's Sarah let's just leave her last name out of this for now she is 14 years old and lives in a rough part of Manchester (don't really know Manchester that well sorry), her dad walked out on her and her twin brother before they were born so they never got a chance to know him not like that effected them much.

Now her mum; well this is gonna be hard.

She is very abusive with both of her children hence why her brother is moving to her grandmas who's in a much better neighbourhood which she was very thankful for but now she had to deal with her step dad who sexually abuses her and her mum to.

Only one way she can do this! Work! Yes she is young only 14 but she walked around the streets asking anybody if that needed a hand for some pocket money.

But as her birthday was creeping up she was hoping for some money from family so she could save it up which she had been doing wince she turned 10 every bit of money she got went in a little pot she hid in the garden as she knew her mother would never go in there so she new it was safe.

As time passed her 16th birthday was just around the corner and she was already applying to jobs but she had an interview for an office job where she could be the coffee girl and deliver and mail for the people in the office she would work on the weekends and the end of the day after school since she finished at 1pm as she was really smart most of her classes she already passed and she was only attending so that her mother didn't know she had a job or all of her money would be gone.

The day before her party she got called into her mothers room where she got told off for not cooking tea yet but she had only just walking into the house since her work place is far from home it takes her nearly 2 hours to get from home to work.

During that day she gained a massive purple bruise on her cheek which she had to try and hide from her colleagues at work and her teachers and friends at school after trying to apply makeup she gave up and just out on foundation in but it was still visible but not as much so it looked like it was healing.

So she walked into to her school with everyone looking at her but not for her clothes and hair but for the massive bruise on her cheek it was then that everyone got smacked in the face at how everyone can go from being so Smiley to the reality that that smile was trying to hide.

She got called into the principals office which terrified her as she knew what this was about she was worried they were going to cal her mother which meant she would get another beating tonight.

But thank god they didn't they questioned it but knew she was smart enough she would do something about it.

So as her school day ended she walked the short road up to her work place where she was told to go to main office she brought a coffee mug with fresh coffee in it for the bow and his mail for the day with her but as she sat down her sat up and handed her some papers to read in which she did.
