The Water Flower

Ash and Brock have made their way to Cerulean City, Brock has suggested they go to the Cerulean Gym to see if they can see their old friend Misty.

"How long has it been since you've seen Misty?" Brock asked with a prying intention behind the question, Ash looks up to the sky and thinks about it for a minute, "uhh it would have to be when you two came and visited me in Alolha, so what's that last year," Brock smirks asking more questions, "you and Misty got quite close on our first journey do you remember?" Ash looks at Brock with a stern look knowing what his friend is trying to do, "Brock I'm not a little kid anymore I know how Misty felt back then it was a little crush, I don't feel like that towards Misty and I never have she's just a friend that's all" Brock stunned about what Ash had just said, stunned that Ash actually got the hints and clues Misty had shown him all those years ago, "so you've friend-zoned her huh" Brock says ending the conversation, "Friend zoned her? what does that mean?" Ash says with a blank face, Brock lowers his head in a strong motion then lifting in laughter, "haha you've still got a long way to go young grasshopper" Brock chuckles mocking his friend, Ash looks at Brock his blank face turned to annoyance, "let's just walk in silence until we get there, you're starting to get on my nerves" "pika" Pikachu looking at his trainer and Brock and resting his head on Ash's head in a sigh of relief that they have stopped talking.

*knock knock

Ash, Brock and Pikachu open the doors to the Cerulean Gym and walk in, "Hello is anyone here?" Ash shouts out, they make their way through the gym into the pool area where there are three ladies on top of the diving boards getting ready to dive. They are Misty's three sisters, one of them dives off and does a clean forward somersault into a dive with a little splash as she hits the water, she comes up for a breath, her hair blond from root to tip, born to bring more golden sunshine into this world. It showed too. It showed in those soulful blue eyes as bright as any glacier yet so very warm, she started swimming towards Ash and Brock, Brock gets all fuzzy and warm started melting again as the blonde lady climbed out of the pool, she was wearing a red swimsuit, she was slim and not too tall, Ash thought she was cute, in a girl-next-door type of way. "Oh hey, Ash and Brock," Daisy says in a modulated spoken tone as she grabs the towel and dries her smooth blonde hair, Brock shoots back up, getting better at controlling his love lust for beautiful woman, "hey Daisy that was an uhh a…a nice dive you did there," Brock says embarrassing himself, "uhh thanks I guess, what are you two doing here?" Daisy asks, "Is that Pikachu?" A nasal voice comes from behind the diving boards, Violet appears, she was thin as a reed, her dripping wet green swimsuit fitted her frame perfectly, she was the smallest out of the three sisters. Violet picks up Pikachu and buries her face into Pikachu's tummy tickling the small yellow Pokemon, "Cha, pika, chu" Violet pulls her face off of Pikachu and turns to Ash and Brock, "Oh hey you two, Misty should be back any minute now if that's who you're looking for?" "Where's she gone off to?" Ash asks trying to get Pikachu back, "Brock is that you?" A pleasant chirping voice comes from the top of the diving board, its the last of the Cerulean Sensational sisters, this one was Lily, some may say the nicer one out of the three but still with the stuck up popular girl vibe, Lily dives off the board in a simple dive making no splash as she enters the water, she swims under the water to the edge and climbs out, her bright pink hair captures your attention first but as you make your way down her body you are blown away with the absolute beauty she has to offer, she was young, Brock had to rip his eyes away from her every time she moved the slightest, there was sunshine in her smile and her voice went right to Brock's brain like a shot of single malt. Her skin-tight orange swimsuit made it visible to see the shape and perfectness of her body, she made Brock's brain turn to mush, stopping him from stringing a simple sentence together, his face flushed pink as she grabs the towel off Daisy and dries her hair, Brock wanted to compliment her but couldn't put the words in a sentence he only ever felt this way about Lucy who he had soon forgotten about when he laid eyes on Lilly, "how have you been Brock?" Lily asks as her face appears behind the towel giving Brock a wicked smile, "I uhh umm I uhh" Brock stumbling along with his words, Ash turns to see his older friend blushing with a pink light flush over his cheeks, Ash smirks, "I'm sorry about Brock, he has trouble talking to the opposite gender" Ash laughs out loud confusing the three sisters in front of him, Brock turns to Ash his blushing has turned into hatred and embarrassment. "Ash, Brock is that you?" a familiar voice comes from the entrance to the pool.

Jessie and James are sitting around their hot air balloon on top of a cliff face trying to come up with their next 'get Pikachu plan' "I don't get how we can lose so many times, I mean it has been four years and we still haven't caught that twerps Pikachu" Jessie says out loud with anger, she waits for a reply from James but nothing, she looks up from the ground and turns to James who has his attention elsewhere, "are you even listening to me!" Jessie yells getting Jame's attention, "Jessie look" James points over to the distance at Meowth and Ruby, "yeah, what am I looking at?" Jessie asks, "Its Meowth look at that smile, look at how happy he is, after all our time together I don't think I've seen him that happy before," James says with a thick tone, "I never really realised it, he seems the same to me, come on let's go find that twerp," Jessie says showing no emotion to her friend. James pulls Jessie back down to the ground as she tries to stand up, "What the!�� She cries out, "Jessie look, Meowth has found a partner, someone who he opens up to, who he admires, cares about, let them have today and we'll catch the twerps Pikachu tomorrow, one day off won't hurt us" James says admiring his Pokemon friend. Jessie looks at James ready to hit him over the head but stops herself as she sees the emotions and feeling James is feeling, she turns her head to Meowth and Ruby and concentrates and eventually sees what James is seeing, "oh my" Jessie exclaims, "look at him, he hasn't stopped smiling for the past thirty minutes, and look at her just as happy as him" Jessie calming down and looking on Meowth and Ruby who are sitting together overlooking the ocean just talking, "It must have been hard for him all these years, being the only Pokemon to learn the english language, not being able to share his struggles with day to day life, other Pokemon running away because they think his some sort of abomination then to meet another Meowth who speaks the english language as well, I mean I don't believe in faith but wow that hits it square on the head" James says as his eyes sparkle, Jessie looks at James and feels something she hasn't felt for him before, a sort of admiration, a desire to just sit there with him in silence, just being near him made her happy.

"Pikachu" Misty grabs Pikachu and snuggles the side of her face into his cheek, "charr" Pikachu purrs as his old friend snuggles him, "so Ash what brings you back to Cerulean City? Can't get enough of me huh" Misty says in a flirtation tone, "no, I'm here because of these letters I got" the flirtation goes right over Ash's head, Brock and Misty fall to the ground in response, "wow, little sis getting rejected from people like him what little hope do you have left" Violet says in an arrogant manner teasing her little sister. Misty shoots up in rage facing her older sister, "So what letters?" Lily asked defusing the situation between her sisters, "These ones" Ash pulls out his previous letter and shows her, "hey Misty don't you h." Misty covers Lily's mouth with her hand and smiles at Ash who looks on confused, "yeah so uhh, I'm headed to route 25 and Brock suggested we stop here to say hello," Misty looks down to the ground, "Brock suggested it huh" Misty says under her breath in a soft broken voice, "sllla ubvjfne" Lily mumbles some words as her mouth is still covered by Misty's hand, "ahhh, Ewww Lily!" Misty shouts out, "You licked my hand" "well don't cover a pretty girls mouth next time," Lily says in response. Ash turns to Brock, "So you ready to get going Brock," "what? Really already?" Misty says getting upset, "Why don't you stay for a bit lets have a battle" Misty challenges Ash to a battle hoping his still childish in accepting any battle, "you're on!" Ash response quickly and pumping his fist, Misty smiles "Ah I knew that would work" "why don't you just tell him how you really feel" Violet leans towards her sister and whispers, Misty turns around about to hit her sister but is stopped by Ash calling out, "Misty are you ready, I'd like to win this one quickly and make it three-nil," "His there already?" Misty says softly, looking at Ash who has made his way to one side of the battlefield.

"This match will be a two on two Pokemon battle" Brock shouts out, "oh hey Brock you don't need to officiate the match we called Rotom-bot" Lily calls out, the bright yellow Rotom-bot flies down from the roof and calls out for the battle to start, Brock shrugs his head in the embarrassment of being replaced by a robot, "Brocky come sit next to me" Lily calls out giving Brock another wicked smile, Brock raises his head up immediately and runs over to Lily and sits next to her. "All right, Corsola come on out" Misty calls out her first Pokemon, "Corsola huh," Ash says to himself, "I haven't seen Corsola in a while, in that case, Primeape I choose you!" Ash throws his Pokeball, a white bright light appears and Primeape comes out still wearing its official Pokemon League cap, Misty looks surprised, "Is that the same Primeape you caught four years ago?" "Yep, he rejoined my team after Squirtle beat him in the World P1 Championship," Ash says with his trademark tooth showing grin, Primeape takes his cap off and hands it to Ash. "Let the battle begin" Rotom-bot calls out starting the battle, "its a water field but we can still win this Primeape" Ash pumping up his Pokemon as they look out at the large pool battlefield with small pink and green platforms scattered throughout the pool for Pokemon to stand on. "Corsola start off with water gun" Misty calling the first move, Corsala launches water gun at Primeape, Primeape stands its ground and takes the hit, "great shot Corsala" Misty calls out, "wait what!" Primeape is fine to Misty shock, the water gun didn't do a thing, "Primeape end this quickly, mega punch" Ash calling out, Primeape hops across the platforms with ease shocking Brock and the Sensational sisters, "wow that Primeape sure is agile" Lily exclaims, " Corsola quick into the water to dodge" Misty calls out just in time for Corsola to dodge the mega punch and jump into the water. "Primeape keep your cool" Ash calls out, " Corsola tackle" Misty calls out, Primeape not seeing where Corsola is looking around and gets hit in the back by Corsala who jumps out of the water and tackles Primeape then jumps back in, this goes on for a couple of minutes frustrating Ash and Primeape.

"This is not how you battle Misty!" Ash calls out in frustration, "It's not my fault your Pokemon can't swim" Misty replying edging Ash on, " Corsola come up and use water gun" Corsola pops its head up from the water and hits Primeape with water gun bringing Primeape to its knees, "yes, this battle is almost over" Misty cheers her self on, "Primeape thrash on the platform" Ash calling out a strategy, Primeape unleashes a handful of kicks and punches on the platform causing the water to shake and Corsola getting disorientated, "Corsola" Misty calls out in panic, Corsola can't take it she is becoming dizzy, she jumps up on one of the platforms to try and regain her focus, "Primeape nows your chance, Mega punch!" Ash calls out in a hurry, Primeape runs over the platform quickly, aiming his powered up a mega punch at Corsola, "Hey Brock, I thought thrash was supposed to make the user confused?" Daisy asks wondering why Primeape isn't confused, "Primeape trained with the number one P1 Coach in the world, confusion and dizziness was something that they needed to work out and built a bit of tolerance for" Brock explaining to the three sisters. "Corsola back in the water" Misty shouts out as she sees Primeape making his way towards Corsola, but it's too late Primeape runs at Corsola and lands a critical hit, Corsola flies up into the air hitting the top of the gym and falling back into the water, "Corsola is unable to battle, Primeape is the winner" Rotom-bot yells out, "Corsola return" Misty returns her Corsola, "you did great Corsola," she tells Corsola whose inside its Pokeball, "you didn't have to be so mean Ash hitting Corsola into the roof that was uncalled for" Misty carrying on about losing, "It's not my fault your Pokemon doesn't know how to fly" Ash mocking Misty about her earlier remarks. Misty getting angry pulls out her second Pokemon, "Try and knock this one out then, Gyarados lets go" A huge bright blue Gyarados appears from the Pokeball, "that's not all" Misty pulls out her mega ring, "Gyarados mega evolve" a light surrounds Misty's mega ring on her wrist and then shines on to Gyarados mega evolving the Pokemon. "Primeape good work, here's your hat, return" Ash throws Primeape's Pokemon League hat to him and returns Primeape and looks at his buddy Pikachu, ���ready bud, Pikachu I choose you!" Ash sends out Pikachu to start the second battle.

"Meowth can I ask you something?" Ruby looks up at Meowth, the two of them sitting on a bench looking over the ocean on top of a cliff, "What is it Ruby?" Meowth replies staring at her bright ruby charm, "Is this all you want to be?" Ruby says with a curious tone, "All I want to be? I don't understand what you're asking?" Meowth's expression turning into a worried look. "I mean you've spent the past four years with Jessie and James chasing after some kids Pikachu, is that really want you want to be doing for the rest of your life?" Ruby stands up and walks closer to the edge, Meowth jumps up in reaction in case she slips, "Theres a whole world out there, so many people and Pokemon, so many mysterious and then there's just life, you look into a different universe every day, every new pair of eyes you see holds a new universe inside, don't you want to expand your own?" Meowth takes a second to register what Ruby is saying, he looks over the blue sparkling ocean and understands what Ruby is asking, "You see Ruby" Meowth says grabbing Ruby's right paw and intertwining his own paw in it, "I used to have a dream I'd be with the perfect Meowth, we'd have a family and that I'd be happy. That's actually why I learnt to talk to impress a wealthy Meowth but got turned down for not being good enough, I was at the end of my nine lives, ready to throw in the towel until I became part of Team Rocket and truth be told, I don't really care about Team Rocket, I don't really care about catching that twerps Pikachu, the time I spend with Jessie and James is what brought me back from the edge, so when you ask what I want in life I want a family and I know I may never get my perfect Meowth family but Jessie and James, well that's... that's the family I'd risk every one of my nine lives for every single day just to stay apart of it," Meowth tears up explaining it to Ruby who looks on with her heartbreaking.

Jessie has pulled out one of Team Rockets listening gadgets, and are eavesdropped on the two Meowths talking with James listening too, James being James has burst into tears, even Jessie the strong woman she is, getting a little teary. "That Meowth of ours," James says in a sad thick voice, "shhh shush, I'm trying to listen," Jessie tells James hiding her emotions quite well. "Come with me Meowth" Ruby turns looking Meowth in the eye and grabbing his other paw with hers, "you want a Meowth family, I want a Meowth family, can't you see you and I were meant to be together, the second I saw you, the second I heard you I thought you where perfect then I saw that you weren't and that made me love you even more" Ruby looks Meowth directly in the eye as a faint tear falls from her left eye, and runs down her silky grey fur. "You…. you love me?" Meowth chokes on his words, "I do Meowth, I know we've only known each other for an extremely short amount of time but I feel like you just fill the other half of my heart up" Ruby looks at Meowth wiping the faint tears falling from her eyes. Jessie puts the listening device down, "Jess what are you doing?" James snuffles wiping the tears from his face, Jessie stands up, head down and walks over to the hot air balloon, "Jessie, where are you going?" James shouts getting Meowth's and Ruby's attention, James gets up and heads over to Jessie who still has her head down, "you heard him, James, all he has ever wanted is standing right in front of him begging him to take it and he can't because…. because of us" Jessie not being able to hold her emotions back any longer looks at James, tears pouring down her face, "I like being chosen over people but not this, you and Meowth mean more to me than anyone in the world, I am not going to be the reason he can't have his perfect life" Jessie turns and starts to hot air balloon up, "are you coming or staying James" James looks at Jessie with a new found of respect, "you bet I'm coming to Jessie" James jumps into the hot air balloon as it flies up high in the sky, "James, Jessie!" Meowth calls out, "Where are you going you can't leave me! You can't leave me" Meowth runs after his family but trips over a stick, he looks up tears running uncontrollably down his face as he sees his only family fly away, "You'll be better off Meowth!" Jessie and James shout out as they look down at the third member of their family and look away, they can't handle this pain watching Meowth crying while they fly away

"Pikachu dodge and use quick attack" Ash calls out, Mega Gyarados comes in about to hit Pikachu with aqua tail but Pikachu jumps out the way hitting Mega Gyarados with quick attack and sending it into the water, the two Pokemon look exhausted as the battle has gone back and forth for some time now, "Gyarados end this, hydro pump!" Misty calling out what she hopes to be her last move, "Pikachu Iron tail on the platform" Ash calls out for Pikachu to dodge, Mega Gyarados unleashes a strong powerful hydro pump directly at Pikachu, Pikachu uses Iron Tail on the platform bouncing up and just ever so slightly avoiding the hydro pump, "Pikachu, Thunderbolt!" Ash calls out with Pikachu floating in the air, Pikachu charges up his electricity and unleashes a powerful thunderbolt landing a critical hit on the Mega Gyarados and sending it into the pool causing a big splash. The water evaporates showing Mega Gyarados condition who has gone back to Gyarados and fainted, "Gyarados has fainted therefore the winner is Ash Ketchum from Pallet town" Rotom-bot calls out ending the battle, "Pikachu we did it!" Ash congratulates his partner by giving him a hug, "Gyarados return, you did great" Misty putting her Pokeball in her bag, "dang it, he's beaten me three times now" Misty says to herself, "Ash Ketchum your ranking will now be updated, Ash Ketchum is now 43rd in the current year's World Competition" Rotom-bot explains then flying off. "Congratulations Ash, you beat me again" Misty putting her hand out while holding back her selfish pity, "don't worry Misty you'll get me one day" Ash responds shaking her hand but with a sarcastic tone, "that was a great battle, Ash" Lily congratulating the winner, "you might not be the prettiest sister Misty but you sure are the strongest" Violet giving Misty a rare compliment, "Daisy, Lily, Violet, Misty" One of the gym trainers comes running in huffing and puffing, "theres a mysterious man in the Cerulean Cave, he has a Pikachu with him and says he knows you Misty" Misty looks confused, "a man with a Pikachu, but Ash is here?" She says under her breath, "I'll go check it out" Misty tells her sisters, "we'll come to" Brock following Misty as she walks off, "oh fine I guess there's no harm but Brock we need to leave soon" Ash says with an annoyance in his tone.

"The cave is just through here" Misty showing Ash and Brock to a door under the Cerulean Gym, "You have a secret door to a cave?" Ash says looking around the damp concrete staircase leading to the door, "I heard that in the old days a really strong Pokemon used to live in Cerulean Cave is that true Misty?" Brock asks wondering if the rumours are true, "Its half true, there was a strong Pokemon that lived in the cave but no one actually found it and it wasn't in the old days as well, the strong Pokemon that lived in the cave was during the time when we where on our first adventures together" Misty getting teary as a nostalgia feeling came across her. The three trainers and Pikachu go through the door that leads them into a dark cavern, "where's the light switch" Misty feeling the dark cavern wall for a switch to light it up, "uhh here we go" Misty pulls on the switch which lights up a series of torches that leads deeper into the cave, "now the gym trainer said he was at the beach part which is just up ahead" Misty explaining where to go.

They make their way to a large opening in the cave, a bright light appears as the sun seeps through the small cracks in the roof but large enough to light up the cavern opening. A bright and fresh aired beach appears Brock, Ash and Pikachu look on in amazement, "This has been under the Cerulean gym the whole time" Ash says out loud as he looks around, "well actually we are a fair bit away from the gym now but its close enough" Misty explaining to Ash. "Whose that out there?" Brock looking into the horizon over the ocean and pointing, Ash and Misty look closer and see a man surfing one of the waves into shore. They make their way to the man who's sitting on the shore's edge, its Victor and his Pikachu Puka! Victor stands up, his old body still tanned as ever, his red board shorts are worn out and torn to show the number of times and stacks he has had in them, his dark ocean blue hair in a ponytail with the sea salt dripping from it, his moustaches still dripping wet as well covers his mouth, "Ash, Misty, Brock so nice to meet you again" Victor says in a husky voice, Pikachu jumps off of Ash's shoulder and meets Puka on the sand, Puka a male Pikachu, sea salt has aged this Pokemon quite a bit as his yellow colour is a darker shade most likely cause from the suns rays, the crusty skin around his bright ocean blue eyes shows how much this Pokemon spends its life in the ocean. "What brings you to Cerulean cave?" Misty asks, "You see, I was surfing in the Obalans region, they have this mad wave that is always pumping its one of Puka's and I favourite wave" Victor explains in a language Ash and the others don't quite understand, "Puka" Puka joins in with its husky voice, "we were surfing around the rocks when we wiped out and the leg rope of my surfboard snapped, we climbed up on the rocks and made our way to shore where our board had washed up and once we got there a letter was just lying there, I looked around to see if someone put it there and even asked the other surfers if they saw something and no one did so I opened it and read it, here read it yourself" Victor handing the letter to Brock to read out loud.

"To a secret flower cave is a secret beach surf the secret sensational wave and you will see, three being the key."

"That's shorter than my letters," Ash says confused, Victor looks at him surprised, "you got a letter to," "yeah, I've got a couple actually" Ash pulls out his letters showing Victor, "now this makes no sense, it took me a while to figure out the letter, secret flower cave indicated the flowers of Cerulean Gym, the secret beach is inside the Cerulean Cave and the sensational wave being three the key means the three sensational sisters of again Cerulean City. I've been here for three weeks now, surfed every possible type of wave this cavern has to offer and nothing," Victor says with a frustrating tone.

*BSHHHHHH

A massive explosion happens out in the surf sending water to sprout up and splash Ash and the others lightly, "What was that?" Misty calls out looking into the surf, a huge Pokemon appears, a shining light indicating it's a rare form of the Pokemon, Victor and the others look closely at the Pokemon, it turns out to be a shiny Whishiwashi in schooling form. "Pika, Pika" Puka looks closely and points to the Whishiwashi's mouth, Victor looks closely and sees a letter in its mouth, "great job Puka" Victor grabbing his board with Puka running behind him, "Wait, what are you doing, its dangerous out there" Brock calling out watching Victor and Puka jump into the surf. Victor and Puka dive under the oncoming crashing waves and make their way to the giant Shiny Whishiwashi, the Whishiwashi sees the two coming toward them and start attacking them with water gun, Victor and Puka are hit and knocked off their surfboard, Ash and the other watch on in fear as they are stuck on the beach, Victor and Puka manage to get back on their surfboard and keep heading towards the Shiny Whishiwashi who keeps launching attacks at them but Victor and Puka dodge and hit back with Puka's attacks. The giant Shiny Whishiwashi is getting frustrated and launches the move surf sending this massive wave that could easily be mistaken as a tidal wave at Victor and Puka, "Puka this is it, ready" Victor says as he turns to his Pokemon and starts paddling onto the wave, he stands up with Puka standing up on the front of the board. Victor and Puka pick up speed as they head towards the Whishiwashi dodging individual Whishiwashi's as they try and knock them off the board. "Puka jump for it!" Victor calls out as they get close to the letter, Puka jumps high off the board grazing the inside of the giant Shiny Whishiwashi's mouth and grabs the letter, Victor picks up even more speed as he sees his Pokemon starting to fall, Victor catches Puka in his arms and smiles as he lets him go to stand on the surf board, the two of them ride the giant wave into shore as the wave dies down. Victor and Puka look back at where the giant Shiny Whishiwashi was and see that it has vanished, Ash and the others run-up to Victor and Puka, "What does the letter say?" Ash asks with extreme curiosity, Victor opens the letter and reads it but puts it in his back pocket, "Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu nice to meet you again I'll catch you later" "Pika" Victor and Puka say goodbye, they run off back into the ocean and paddle out further into sea. Ash, Misty, Brock and Pikachu wave goodbye confused about the fast goodbye Victor and Puka just did, "That has happened a lot recently Brock, I think its because you stink a little" Ash says trying to figure out why it keeps happening, Brock turns to his younger friend with a stern look, "Ash that's you not showering after training!" The four of them head off the beach and back to the gym.

"So all ready to go, Ash," Brock asks filling up the water bottles, "yep, Pokemon all healed, all ready" Ash says with a smile as one of the Cerulean Gym trainers hand him his Pokeballs that have been at the gyms Pokemon Centre, "Let's head off," Brock says as they head for the doors, "Ash! Brock! Wait up!" Misty calls out getting Ash and Brock to turn their heads, "Phew I caught you just in time" Misty says a little out of breath. "Seeing you two coming here together and the little adventure we had in Cerulean Cave really got me missing the old times we used to have, so I was wondering if I can tag along again and help you figure out what these letters are about" Ash and Brock look at each other, Brock gives Ash a little smirk that only Ash can see, he gets annoyed from Brock's indication, "but I didn't destroy your bike, isn't that the reason you travelled with me last time" Ash making it a little harder for Misty to keep her calm, "or was there another reason you wanted to join Ash on his adventure" Brock says with a smirk and prying tone, Misty looks at Brock and turns a little red while Ash just gets annoyed, "Misty it would be great if you could join us" Brock finally giving Misty an answer. "Thank you Brock" Misty replies with a smile, "all right let's get going I don't want to waste any more time" Ash cries out as the four of them leave Cerulean gym and walk out of Cerulean City.

"We did the right thing right" Jessie looks at James as the tears start to dry up, "yeah we did Jess" James putting his arm around Jessie's shoulder to comfort her, "Meowth gave us so many good memories he deserved to have the family he always wanted it just sucks we can't give it to him" the two members of Team Rocket hug each other comforting one another as the tears start to fall again.

"What was that?" James eyes widen as he believes he knows what just happened, "Did something just pop our ballonnnnnnnn" Jessie says as the hot air balloon start to lose air and falls to the ground.

"I can't believe you two!" A cat-like voice appears as Jessie and James make their way out of the crashed air ballon, "You two just leaving me like that what is the matter with you!" Meowth standing over his two family members, Jessie and James look up to see Meowth by himself no Ruby, "Wheres Ruby Meowth?" James asks sitting up in a crossed-legged position, Meowth turns away, "I told Ruby I couldn't leave you two, that this is my family and if she didn't want you two then she doesn't get me" Meowth chokes on the last couple of words, James grabs his old friend and hugs him tight, "Oh Meowth we'll never leave you again I'm sorry buddy love sucks" Meowth trying to hold back his emotions but can't "oh Jimmy boy, you big old glug" "I'm sorry Meowth, we can't give you that family you want" Jessie says in a soft voice. Meowth pulls himself away from his hug with James, "Jessie" he stutters as he looks at her and sees the faintest of tears drop off her cheek and onto the ground, "Meowth!" a pleasant voice shouts out in the distance, he turns to see Ruby running up to him, "Ruby" he says softly, "Meowth, you didn't let me finish, you ran off before I could" Ruby says out of breath, she looks Meowth in the eyes and straightens her back, "Meowth love isn't always perfect, it isn't a fairy tale or a storybook, and it doesn't always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on and never letting go. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define and impossible to live without. Can I be apart of Team Rocket? Apart of your Family?" Ruby looking deep into Meowth's eyes, Meowth unable to speak just nods his head and hugs Ruby tightly, Ruby smiles and hugs back, James and Jessie look on in aw.

"So what do you think about that Ash kid?" Lily asks Violet and Daisy as they sit on top of the diving boards, "His a strong trainer that's for sure, but I don't think Misty will get him the way she wants, he seems to have his heart elsewhere" Daisy responding, "what about you and Brock Lily, what are you doing there?" Violet asks in an arrogant tone, "Nothing, its just f.." Lily gets cut off as a large shadow blocks the sun from the pool, the three sisters look at each other confused and wondering what that was when they hear a deafening screech and explosion.

The three sisters cover their ears and run outside to see what it was, they see fire coming from Cerulean cave, and fire trucks rushing past them to put it out. "Whatever that was it just blew up part of Cerulean Cave," Daisy says out loud looking at here sisters, who can't believe a Pokemon has that much power to do that.
