Introduction

There is a girl that lived an ordinary life, just like other people. She just let everything that happens unfold in front of her. She was an introvert, who did not like socializing with people. Whenever people came to her house or she went to a restaurant with her family to eat dinner or lunch with friends, she would be that one person that sits there quietly, not talking at all to people and staring into outer space or at a blank wall. At the same time, she would only talk when people would ask her questions. However, she was extremely shy, and would always stutter while saying full sentences, either that, or she would look at her mother and give her the "help me, I can't do this" look.

This shyness of hers sooner became a habit and as a result, she lacked a lot of social skills due to her not being able to socialize with anyone. She also had a very hard time expressing her emotions, for fear that she would be judged by others, including her own family members. Even worse if she met someone new, who was probably her parents' friends. All she would say would be "hello aunty....", as she says that, her voice would get more and more softer, till it could not be heard. She relied on her mother to do most of the introductions for her.

There came kindergarten. This was an absolutely terrifying experience for her as she had to meet new kids, by herself, without the presence of her mother. In Nursery, she was bullied because of her being so quiet. She would often get physically bullied by people. Children would be pinching her back, but she would not say anything and just suffer from the pain. The pain was extreme, it was intolerable till she started sweating. When the teacher asked if she was okay, she would just nod her head and continue to suffer in silence.
