chapter 2 : Hazels Life

'I wanna freakout ' , thought Hazel after seeing the hostel rooms and learning the rules of so called her home for next three years. Yet she remained calm to not spoil her good girl image in front of her Aunt, who was present on behalf of her parents. She had taken admission In Management College of Arts And Science, far away from her world where she grew up. The new place, was filled with mysterys for her. She loved her college campus, filled with positive vibes by greenery and friendly teachers. There were 3 buildings in her campus, science block ( main block) , new block and a commerce block (management block). Apart from that they also had a small cafeteria, which was also their stationary station. Few miles up steep, is where her hostel lies. Well, the real hostel was a juxtaposition to ones in movies. It was a three storey building, more than a home it resembled prison filled with grills and gates. ( maybe the hostel was a prison in its previous life) . No kidding, it had even the rules like a prison. ( you get my point here?) . Well they couldn't out unless accompanied by warden or their local guardians, no phone ( don't ask me which era is this hostel situated), and people who have registered with photos are only allowed to visit and call you in the five hostel Nokia (I am serious ) provided on selected days. ( now don't tell me you get more freedom in jail) . And to add to these facts they had a pshyco warden. ( I am not exaggerating here, she is dam pshyco). Hazel felt like running away to jail ( no kidding) , but damage was done, this was her home for three years. Amongst these, she did find awesome friends, okay food and a comfortable room corner. She sharer her room with 4 girls, way different from her in all stuffs. Hazel was in love with college library, small but enough, while she hated her hostel. Books were her companions in the jail. The offered the freedom, which the rules denied her. She seldom left her comfortable zone ( corner where her bed, table and shelf was located near a window which couldn't be open as they hammered a wood piece outside the window, not a joke). The room which she stayed was about 60 feet wide and 70 feet long, with 5 bed coats, shelves and a long study table with two benches. Also opposite the closed window, a window was there which could be opened if you want the warden to scream at you ( come on, I am serious) . Only things that pulled Hazel from her corner was classes, food at the mess, attendance by warden 3 times day (As if there is a way to get out of the Jail), washroom and to fetch water. So basically she lived 16 hours of 24 hours in her corner. ( Dont think I am lied here, nor I am exaggerating here). The only think she wished to be constant in her 3 year Jail period was her corner. The move away from corner was like going to hell for her. She had grown up from school to college, many things changed but her love for corner comfortable zone remained forever. Sitting in these corners she wondered, cried, cursed life, took stupid decision ( like coming to jail), got heart broken, abandoned......

Where are Hazel parents? Who are the 4 girls Hazel shares her room? Do they bond with her? Will Hazel loose her corner? When will she meet Karin?

Tune in to know about it.
