I get ready for court but my mind is not even close to working at the moment. I wonder if Jack is safe and if he has already arrived. I wonder if he is getting the thing he was looking for. It saddens my heart a little bit that I do not know what he is looking for. But I want to be "the good" fiance and just wait for him to come back to me.

At the moment I am not feeling like "the good" fiance because I want him by my side now. But I shake my head and try and get myself into this case. It is one of our more important clients and it is imperative that I win this case today.

As I get into the office, I make myself a cup of coffee and then go and sit behind my desk to study the file in front of me. This should be an easy win if everyone plays along.
