Jack's Cold Day

Your phone rings. "Hey, Dad."

"Hey, Tiger Lilly. How's my favorite daughter doing?"

"Well, where should I start?" You tell him, Jill and Jack.

"Wow, you did have a busy day. Please just let me know if there's anything I can do to help her."

"Thank you, Dad. How's your drug trial going?"

"Oh, it's going very well so far. The first patient has been injected. Now we monitor him and hope for the best but I have a good feeling about this one. We should see results in about five days."

"Usually, when you have a good feeling, it works out just fine. Congratulations so long?"

"Now, now Lilly. Remember what I always tell you. I'm not God and..."

"...only God decide if it will work. I know, I know but I do have faith in your abilities that God gave you, so I'll congratulate you so long."

"Well, then I'll take it. I got to run but we'll talk tomorrow?"

"As always. Love you" You go to sleep, feeling much better than yesterday.
