Departure

2B's POV

Creed gets up and gets ready. His clothes were all dry so he put them back on. But as he was putting them back in something fell out of his pocket. A book with a dog tag.

"What's that?" I asked

"Oh this, I found it in the human corpse." said Creed

Something seemed to be on his mind as he picked it up.

"2B, I've been thinking about this ever since I bumped into the corpse." said Creed

"What is it?" I asked

"I think it'll be better if we tell the others as well." I said

I nodded so we left the room and we met up with Anemone.

"Creed how's your head?" asked Anemone

"Oh it's fine." said Creed

"So what brings you up so early?" asked Anemone

"There's something I want to talk to all of you." said Creed

"All of us?" asked Anemone

About 5 minutes later, the tent was filled with all the YoRHa androids including the operators and Avery.

"So everyone's here. What did you want to talk about?" asked Anemone

Creed sets the book and the dog tags onto the table.

"I'm leaving the camp." sighed Creed

I was left dumbfounded. I looked at him with my mouth opened, confused. Avery and the others also had the same expressions.

"What do you mean you're leaving?" asked Nines

"I'm leaving to look for others." replied Creed

"Well that doesn't sound bad, 2B, A2-"

"No just me, all by myself." Creed cuts off Anemone

The tent was filled with silence.

"Creed, I think your amnesia is acting up. We should get you checked up." said Avery

"No I'm fine don't worry." said Creed

"Creed why?" I whispered

"I thought maybe there are others out there." said Creed, "I'm going to look for them."

I couldn't believe what he was saying. I tried to think of an excuse to have him stay but nothing came to my mind.

"How are we going to communicate with you?" asked Nines

"During the war we used birds to send messages." said Creed

"You're gonna train one?" asked Avery

"Sure." replied Creed

Everyone seemed uneasy about Creed's sudden decision, but I was just confused.

"Wait I have a question." 4S raised his hand

"What?" asked Anemone

"Let's say there aren't any other humans, what then? Doesn't Avery and Creed have to reproduce?" asked 4S

"Hey!" Avery slams her hands onto the table scaring 4S

"There is no way in hell I'm doing it with him." she growled

"Avery but listen we can do the transplanting thing." said Creed

Avery raises an eyebrow but seems to understand.

"Ah yea that's a safer way." she mumbled

"Creed I'll go with you." I insisted

"2B no matter how much I want to bring you I think it'll be better if you stay here." said Creed

"What I don't-"

"2B, sorry but let me finish." smiled Creed

His smile always comforted me which I really hated since this wasn't a situation to feel comforted.

"His book had a mini map of other posts where other humans were detained." said Creed, "It looks like we're in Japan."

"I thought we were held in Korea." sighed Avery

"Japan? Korea?" questioned 4S

"Countries back in our time." replied Creed

"So, when are you leaving?" asked A2

"It hasn't been determined but probably when we know for sure that Avery is pregnant." said Creed

Everyone in the tent shifts around. That's when Gianna, Lisa, 12H, 22B, 64B and 8B came in the tent.

"Sorry we're late but what's going on? The atmosphere feels heavy in here." said Gianna

No one responds and Gianna immediately realizes and just stands with us around the table.

"Are you sure about this?" asked Anemone

"I already made up my mind." said Creed

"I knew you were going to do this." sighed Avery

"I don't accept this." I whispered

"I'll explain everything to you later I promise. But for now, that's my plan." said Creed

"Wait you're leaving?" asked 8B

"I am." replied Creed

Everyone looks at each other.

"I don't normally have an opinion on anything but I agree with 2B." said A2

"I understand how you all feel but this is my decision." said Creed

Everyone shifts around uneasily.

"Avery and Creed, figure out how you guys are going to reproduce. The rest of you are dismissed." said Anemone

Everyone leaves the tent and I storm out of the tent but Creed grabs my arm.

"I understand how you feel 2B." said Creed

"Do you really?" I snapped

"2B, your mission is to save mankind. So please stay." he said

"Yes my mission is to protect mankind and that's you!" I yelled

I could feel everyone's eyes turn to us.

"I know how much you want to protect me." said Creed, "But I'm no longer important if Avery gets pregnant."

Creed smiles and I just couldn't handle it so I just nodded. Creed hugs me and runs off to Avery.

2 weeks later

2B's POV

"It's positive." sighed Avery

"You're bearing a child." smiled Devola, "But looks like someone's ready to leave."

I looked at the entrance where Creed was standing there with Nines, A2, 4S, Jackass and Anemone. For the past two weeks I tried to spend all of it with Creed. We had intercourse every night and those nights made me feel so happy and loved.

Me, Avery, Devola and Popola approached Creed joining the others.

"You got everything you need?" asked A2

"Yea I'm good." replied

"Creed is there any way to convince you to bring me?" I asked

"2B, I'm no longer your mission." smiled Creed

"Protecting you is always my mission." I replied

"I'm honored to hear that, but the baby inside Avery is now your mission." smiled Creed

I heard multiple other footsteps and it was the other YoRHa androids including Gianna and Lisa.

"We didn't get to say this to you but thank you for saving us." said Gianna

Creed nodded and smiled.

"Make sure you come back." said ;S

"Hey Creed I don't want to admit but I'm gonna miss you." said Avery

"That's the first." mumbled Creed

"Shut up I heard that." said Avery

"Be careful." said A2

"When you come back we'll throw a party." exclaimed Nines

"I could go with you." said Jackass

"Back off!" I snapped

"Jackass stop. Anyways, stay out of trouble and come back if you think you'll be in danger." said Anemone

"Be careful, stay safe." said Operator 6O

"Don't get yourself killed." said Operator 21O

"We'll be waiting for you." both Devola and Popola said at the same time

"I will don't worry about me." said Creed, "I'll guess I'll be on my way."

He gives me one last smile and leaves the camp. The others sadly watched him disappear and they turned to leave. Avery pats my shoulder to comfort me. But then I forgot to do something.

"Wait I'll be right back. I forgot to do something." I said

I ran after Creed who already jogged Galway across City Ruins.

"Creed!" I yelled

He turns around and looks surprised to see me.

"2B I told you to-"

I jump onto him and kiss him. We made out for five minutes until we parted to breathe.

"Are you sure you don't want to bring me?" I asked

"Don't get me wrong, I do but I want you to protect the others for me." replied Creed, "Especially my child."

I nodded and kissed him one more time before we parted. We held hands and smiled before our hands slipped off of each other.

"I'll come back home. That's a promise." said Creed while smiling

I took off my visors and smiled back.

"I'll be waiting." I replied

"You won't be waiting long." said Creed

I smiled and looked straight into his brown eyes.

"I love you Creed." I said

Creed chuckles and smiles.

"I love you too 2B."

He waves and I wave back at him and watch as he jogs off into the distance until he is nothing but a small smudge in the distance.

"I love you, Creed."
