Last Day

        Today was the last day I'd be in this hell hole. Me and Felix still kept the idea of living in an apartment together. I was quietly walking down the hall, my class was just a few feet away from me. I walked in and no one talked to me. Not even my friends. I'd assumed Hannah and Ana could have made something up.

       I sat down at my seat and did the 'Do-Now' which was on the bored. After completing it, I waited for the teacher to start our lesson. Tomorrow I was going to my aunts house for her birthday. Everyone was supposed to have a date, and I just so happened to have no one. "Should I ask Felix?" I quietly thought that to myself. "What if he says no..?" I thought that as well. The teachers voice then started booming through the class room. My oh my, how much I really hated it. Though I payed attention and followed along with the math lesson.

This hour, I now have Language arts. It's been about three hours since school started, I still have four more hours that I'm not up for. Luckily, I had this class with Felix. We sat right across from each other. I sat and answered the last question on the bored for my fourth 'do-now' today. I was lost in my thoughts. "Hey!" I looked up, it was Felix, he had the brightest smile on his face and he looked really happy, it made me happy. "Hey!" I said back to him. Then the teacher came in.

While in the middle of the lesson he passed me a note. "I'll come and help you pack after school today" I read it in my head and quickly nodded to him. During that class I also remembered, I didn't tell my mom about this. I'll just write her a note when I get home. She'll read it when's she's back home.

                       Time skip to after school

       I unlocked the door to the house. Felix is supposed to text me before he comes here. This gives me the time to shower and quickly eat, or so I though. Right before getting in the shower, Felix texted me.

Felix 4:32 pm

Hey, I'm about five minutes from your house.

Me 4:33 pm

I'll be in the shower. You know where the key is.

       With that, I had gotten in the shower. Quickly turning the water on, onto the warm setting, I grabbed my shampoo and began washing my hair, and so on.

       After showering I put on some clothes. Some leggings and a light t-shirt. I walked downstairs to see Felix waiting for me. "Felix! Hey!" I pretty much yelled. "Aye! Your mom knows about us moving, right?" "No, I'm going to write her a letter before we officially leave. I'm sure she'll understand." "Okay, got it." After that small conversation we ate some food, and then started packing my clothes and blankets in my room. After about four hours, the packing was done. "Kat, can I stay the night tonight? That way we can just wake up and pretty much, well, make a break for it." He asked me, nicely. "Yea! Sounds good. What would you like to do now?" I asked. "Not sure. It's going on 8:40 pm, maybe we should eat a late dinner?" He suggested, I agreed.

      After eating, we started getting ready for bed. My mom would be home tomorrow around 5:00 pm. If we wanted to make it out of there before she got to us, we would have to be up a bit early. Oddly I felt a bit scared. I've never moved away before. I tuned to my side, facing Felix. "Felix, are you scared?" I asked. "I'm not scared. Kat, you're shaking, calm down. Everything will be okay." He then pulled me close and we payed there, I fell asleep in his arms.

I really hope you guys enjoy these updates, even though they're slow most of the time. This chapter really isn't that good, but I'll trying my best to make the next one better?
