As soon as Adrianna left him, Aldric returned to his desk and sat dumbfounded.  Susan was Aldric's-girlfriend. She was back after about eight years of their separation.

At first, Susan called Aldric and asked him to have dinner. She even offered to collaborate with Aldric for the line of business she was involved in. Susan offers insurance products to Aldric, and because he considers her a friend, Aldric knows that Susan needs his help. He met Susan that night for dinner and accepted an offer of insurance from the company where Susan worked.

A few days later Susan called Aldric again and asked for help. Aldric who heard Susan was so scared and said that she had just received violence from her boyfriend, Aldric finally came to help her.
