Aila's Kryptonite

Lia brought out a wine and asked Marcus for glasses. They went outside to join Yhuan and Aila, Lia handed them their glasses and pour wines for them. 

Aila noticed that Marcus did not get a glass, instead he opened a bottle of cranberry juice. Marcus invited them at the other side of the porch where there are lounge chairs. 

"Since when did this guy chose cranberry juice over a superb wine?"

Aila can't help but blurt out in her mind, because she remembers how they enjoyed wine nights together. However, Aila also noticed that Lia had her own bottle of cranberry juice. 

"For an Italian restaurant owner, you don't seem to enjoy wine."

Aila commented while looking at Lia, who chuckled after hearing her remark. 

"Yes, me and Marcus have been sober mostly at the same time, right?" 

Lia raised her bottle to Marcus. He smiled faintly, knowing how it would not sound good to Aila.

"Oh, really, that must be why you two became close."
