Chapter 17

Moon's Pov

" What?!" I yelled walking and grabbing Ian's arm making him turn to look at me

I furrowed my eyebrows "What the hell Ian? What do you mean by that?" He snatched his arm out of my grip and looked at Damien again

"Stay away from her" Ian said and suddenly Damien grapped Ian's collar and punched him straight into his face, Ian was shocked he wiped the blood from his nose then he pushed me gently and punched Damien and he return it

"Damien stop" I yelled I was shocked and scared They're now on the floor Ian was on the top of Damien and he's punching fast while Damien is trying to protect his face with his hands.

"SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING " I shouted, I looked at them and now Damien was on the top

"Please....Emily what are we supp-" I was interrupted by a voice I turned around and It was the principal we're in deep shit

"MR.COLLINS, MR.YOUNG STOP THIS RIGHT NOW" He shouted They both thank God stopped, Ian pushed Damien off of him and stand up both of their faces are full of bruises and blood I looked at them worried

"Mr.Collins, Mr.Young and.." He looked at me and narrowed his eyes "And you Mrs.Robin to my office now" He turned around, start walking and three of us are following him, We entered his office then he closed the door and sat on his huge chair while we're standing in front of his huge desk

"What do you think I'm supposed to do when two of my students are fighting?"

"Sorr-" He cuts Ian off

"Sorry, Sorry? What do you mean by sorry? Why did you both fight? Because of her or...?" He turned his gaze at me and I quickly looked at the floor, this is embarrassing

"No Mr...Moon has nothing to do with that" Ian shakes his head

"Then what?" He said and slapped his hands on his desk hardly

"Ian started it he punched me first " Damien said

"You coward" Ian whispered "Mr. He's lying he punched me first"

"No Mr-" The principal cuts Damien off

"Are you both done with being childish. Mrs. Robin who started it and Why?" I widened my eyes and cleared my throat, all the eyes are on me

"Um...D-Damien started it and I-I don't know why I came when they start fighting" I said nervously

"lying" I looked at the principal in confusion

"But I saw in the cameras that the three of you were talking to each other before they start fighting" My heart start pumping faster and faster I felt my hands started to shake trying to think of something to say

"Sir I'd like to-" I interrupted Ian

"They were fighting because....Um....Uhh because Damien didn't let Ian be in the football team again and I was trying to help y-yes That's it this is the reason" I held my head high looking straight in the principal's eyes trying to seem confident while I'm dying on the inside

"Okay...First of all Ian will be on the football team second of all Damien and Ian detention, Moon you're free to go and third of all I swear to god if I saw you both fighting again you both will be expelled from the school you have to respect yourselves, the other students and this school. Am I clear" He said. We all nodded I'm so relieved that I didn't get detention even though I'm the reason they're going to detention, we exit the office and I walked fast away from them

"Moon wait" Ian came in front of me

"What do you want Ian? I'm sorry but I really don't want to talk right now" I said shaking my head

"Just listen to me for a sec-" I didn't give him the time to continue

"I'm serious I don't want to talk to anybody right now" I start walking leaving him behind me

The rest of the day at school I spent it not paying attention at all, I'm just thinking about what happened and what's gonna happen after all of that I have been avoiding Ian, Emily tried to talk to me to know what is happening inside of my head but I didn't give her a chance, I'm not in a good mood to talk at all only want to keep my mouth shut. Why would Ian do that? Why does he want to keep Damien away from me? I know that he hates him but he want a chance he want to be in their good side but Ian isn't helping at all after what happen in the party I know for sure that Ian despise him now

Now I'm in my home accurately in my room and more accurately on my bed doing my homework trying to concentrate to finish it but I'm overthinking everything. I heard a knock on the house's door, I ran downstairs to open it hoping to find Emily or anyone to sit with me I opened the door with a smile and when I found it's Ian my smile dropped at the bruises and his busted lip

"What do you want?" I said looking everywhere except his eyes

"To talk...You know about what happened in the morning" He said nervously

"Ian I don't-" he cuts me off

"Please" He smiled apologetically

"Moon who was knocking?" My mom came and stood behind me

"Mom this is Ian" I introduced him

"Hi Mrs.Robin nice to meet you" He said shaking her hand

"Nice to meet you too and please call me Sofia" after shaking his hand she hit me with her elbow gently and glared at me

"Invite him in Moon" She said in a hushed voice I nodded

"C'mon in" I took a step back and he walked in, I closed the door behind him then walked upstairs to my room while he's talking with my mom.

After 10mins I heard a knock on my door I opened it and found Ian "Just give me a chance to explain myself" I nodded and sat in the middle of my bed and he was in front of me

"Why did you do it?" I looked directly into his eyes

"I did what you wanted and went to this fu**ed up party and you told me he wants to be in my good side, and that he changed and to give him a chance but when I walked through the doors of the party and saw his face I knew that he's lying he is planning on doing something to you all of that fu**ing squad are lying-"

"Ian-" he stopped me from continuing "Just let me finish...You don't know what they're capable of, They'll ruin you and your life, I did this because you're my...best friend and I care about you I don't want anything bad to happen to you believe me it's for your own good he's a bad guy, he's gonna hurt you so bad" He explained And I honestly don't know what to say

"Thank you for caring Ian I really appreciate it and I understand everything you said, but" I looked at him

"What?" He said in confusion

"I can't stay away from him" I start playing with my fingers

"W-Why?" He said nervously, I stayed silent saying no word

"No Moon..No you can't" He shakes his head in disappoint

"I like him Ian, I like him alot"
