Veronica's Pov

The days passed by since I last saw both Alexander and Charles, I mean, perhaps it was boredom, or perhaps I just didn't have anything else to do. I sighed, looking out the window of my bedroom. How it was so suffocating to be locked up in my room. Then it hit me to go out. "Jessica! Help me get dressed!" Jessica came in quickly, nodding, "yes Milady." Once I was all prim and proper, I made my way down the stairs of the manor, scurrying towards the coach. "Wait, Milady, you forgot your-... well it's too late now she's gone."

I directed the coach to head to the town square. It was always so lovely to go pick out the fresh garden vegetables from there. Once we arrived, I stepped out, telling the coach to go wait somewhere around the corner. I placed my hands on my hips, sighing. "Ah what a beautiful day it is." As I was making my way over to the rose garden I heard someone call for me. "Ah! Wait, Ms.Smith!" It was a female's voice, someone unfamiliar. I turned around and saw a gorgeous lady running towards me. Her eyes were ever so green, her hair was platinum blonde, quite dazzling in the reflection of the sun. She wore a white floral dress and had golden embroidery. To be honest I was quite astonished by her. But it's impossible to have feelings for another woman. I gently patted the hem of my dress, before clearing my throat. "Good Morning," I said, giving her a curtsy. She seemed quite startled, which was quite adorable. "Ah- I'm sorry to disturb you!" She quickly took a hey, bow, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "It's just that I saw you at your debutante ball and I just thought that you were this amazing, cool, gal and uhhhh..." I burst out in laughter "Pfft, it's alright, there's no need to be nervous." I grabbed ahold of her hands. Her face began to flush bright red. How adorable was she?

She blinked her eyes a bit before asking, "Is this real?" Oh my, how I felt like falling on the floor and laughing. I kept my composure and gave her a warm smile, "yes." She then started frantically panicking again. "I forgot to introduce myself...my name's Charlotte Everbloom." She was a shy girl, from the way she composed herself. "It's quite nice to meet you Charlotte, to think that such a gorgeous young lady like you would admire me!" She looked at me with her green eyes, yet I couldn't help but be a little bit flustered. "It's just that I found that you were so amazing and I just uh hoped we could be friends?" She looked at the ground. I gave her a gentle look, "that would be lovely if we could be." Her face instantly brightened when she heard the words. She then hugged me all of a sudden, at first I was taken aback, but then I embraced her. "If you don't mind I'd love to invite you over to my manor someday for some tea," said Charlotte as she was brimming with excitement. "It would be my pleasure to accompany you."

Charlotte's Pov

While I was walking through the town square I noticed a small frame, then it hit me; Veronica. I quickly shouted after her without thinking, making my way over to her. She turned around confused as she had no clue, to begin with, who I was. Astonished by her beauty, I accidentally stumbled, as I made my way over to her. I was highly embarrassed by my actions and hoped I didn't mess up my first impression. I wanted to look good for her, I had to. After all, she was my idol, right? It was an awkward encounter. I tried to read her facial expression as I was afraid that maybe I was too straightforward. I then greeted her, stuttering between my words. Damn it Charlotte, you just blew your cover. When she held a grasp of my hands I was startled. I was panicking in my head as THE VERONICA SMITH WAS HOLDING MY HANDS. I cleared my throat, trying to keep my composure, which I almost lost, by inviting her over for a tea party, to which she accepted. This was is a heavenly father, may you take me. I have been blessed by a goddess herself.

After she accepted my invitation, she gave a smile and a wave of goodbye. I wave back as she was entering her coach. Oh, how I had to get everything prepared. I quickly picked up the skirt of my dress as I ran back to my coach. I had to prepare for the tea party immediately! It had to be perfect. It must be perfect. Once I made my way back home, I went to my manours office, grabbing a quill, paper, and ink. I smoothed out the parchment onto the table, before dipping the quill into the ink. I placed the quill onto the parchment, preparing the plans for the party. I started with a budget of how much it would cost. I didn't want to go over the top with this party as it's my first party I'd be hosting. Would it be strange if she was the only one there? Perhaps, but no, that didn't matter. I decided to go simple with this party. There would be a simplistic party with golden pansy flowers. The chairs would have gold embroidery, as the cloths on the round tables would have been white. In addition, I would prepare a gift of hand-embroidered handkerchiefs to those who attended this tea party. The silverware would be silver, along with a beautifully flourished tea set. As for the tea selection, we would provide a beautiful oolong tea, with lemons on the side for a hint of citrus. With the preparations almost complete, I slumped back into my seat, pondering who in the world would I invite.
