Mu Millie had managed to locate the witches she didn't know if the arrogant prince that had woken up would let them off, judging by his attitude he was going to kill them, she couldn't allow that full knowing that they weren't responsible for way Prince and the princess was cursed and poisoned all someone made it all look that way.
Mu Millie didn't think that they would believe her, after all, she was a witch, so she decide that she could take matters into their own hands, she contacted the witch on the island and told her what she needed her to do, then she opened a portal to where the witches were in the dungeons, the other witch appeared from the portal telling yhem she was sent by the gipsy princess to help them, yne6 weren't convinced that the royals would help them, but after Mu Millie interlink them they were not only surprised but happy too, then the witch took the other witches through with the help of the demon prince.
Mu Milie she would come and see them later and explain everything and find out why? And how? Did they end up in the wolf's den? She had yet to see her sister and find out how she ended up where she did? she knew that's the safest place no witch no matter who she was! or how powerful she was! wouldn't be able to find them.
She didn't tell Mu Kai about this as his friends would be on the line she didn't want to that end plus the werewolf's helped her ancestors although they were also the some of them that course their deaths so they thought.
Mu Millie would go back and ask Nanna for the rest of this story it doesn't end in tragedy because that would mean she wouldn't have existed. She was however surprised at the loyalty of the Retired Alpha king and his son, she would plead to their better side.
When they found out the witches had disappeared, it would course absolute mayhem and chaos but she would deal with that when the time comes, Mu Millie rested after she had done her good deed of the day with a big smile on her face.
Mu Kai who had walked back in the room to see his wifey asleep with a smile knew she had done something that was going to have dire consequences from the way she smiled, he would deal with it when the time came he kissed her lips as he cuddled into her and went to sleep too.
Mu Millie was woken up to an uproar in the Alpha house, her bedroom door was banged hard, Mu Kai went to open it as he did he was pushed aside by the prince who walked in pushed Mu Kai out locking the door behind him.
As he approached Mu Millie she could see he was angry and was out for blood, she thought that was bloody quick how the hell did they know it was her, this prince is something else if she thought that Feng Chou was puzzling this bloke in front of her was 10 times worse but she wanted to see how far he could go.
He moved forward as Mu Millie moved back she now was leaning on the wall and had nowhere to go, he moved closer and leaned in amused at the situation he found himself in he was still angry.
"What did you do me! why do I know you help the witches escape right under our very noses! and thirdly why do I know that my beta and my mate are involved in what happened to me back then! I have this ability inside of me that wasn't there before I am struggling internally as well as externally what did you do to me! and why am I worried about you when you're safe here!" he whispered the last part as he leaned his forehead to Mu Millie's.
Mu Millie smile " well for the first question I healed you and your Wolfe, but to remove the curse I had to give you some of me now we are connect sort of, and you probably figured out who the person was who managed to place the poison in the side of you without you or your Wolfe knowing, it had almost reached your heart, it was fate I arrived when I did otherwise you both would-be dead" she sighed.
The banging on the door on the other side was going on but the two in the room hadn't moved from the position, moreover, they were closer to each other, the prince had pulled Mu Millie closer to him" tell me more please I can't believe that I was betrayed by own the ones I trusted my life with, and you why would you help me I don't know you! And why would you give me some yourself full knowing I will be destroying your kind and wants this power surging through my body I feel amazing like I am untouchable! " he frowned. He wasn't happy, he was angry at Mu Millie he knew he was hanging for dear life he could feel the poison working its way through his body just because he was in a coma it didn't mean he didn't feel any pain he felt everything it was like he was dying over and over again but not dead it was the worst pain one could feel and he also could feel the connection breaking as his mate rejected him, he has never been helpless in his life.
His wolf loved his wolf mate with all he had he broke first he lost the will to live so stop fighting and healing the human, the human was heartbroken he loved his wife more than his own life she was all he wanted in his partner pretty, smart, and every kind or so he thought, he didn't know behind his back she was plotting his death, so she runs away with her liver who was his best friend his most trusted person turned out he let a woman c9me between them tney had saved each other on numerous occasions, but then again nobody can know one's heart can they.
Mu Millie hugged him" I knew it hurts the most when it is someone close to you but you need to get over it and know you are alive and well and you will be able to get your revenge but know this the witches you are blaming didn't do anything thing to you they were harmless, the one that betrayed you was, unfortunately, your mate and your beta, you know from the traces left of her curse and poison she was hybrid, and the most dangerous kind, she almost succeeded in killing you but that's not her aim it was giving you a slow torturous death, which you endured I don't know what you did to her for her to that you ?" she sighed, she felt his hand tighten in anger around her.
"How didn't I know what she was doing to me, was that weak that I didn't even know I was so arrogant that I thought I was untouchable, I was so stupid I even let them harm my sister, I believe all the lies she spun me, that I locked my sister in the dungeon way from her family and friends all lone to suffer and all this time her mate and my mate were the ones that betrayed us I don't know how I will ever make it up to my sister she didn't deserve this she always told me the day you discover the truth you will hate yourself the most she was right I hate my self the most for not believing her how will she forgive me she lost her pups in that dungeon " he sighed.
He didn't know why he was so mad when he walked in the room and now he was clam-like she zapped all the anger out of him he saw things clearly for the first time he saw what had happened around him and he sew all his mistakes he had a lot of making up to do, he also would not forgive the two that be treated him.
" I need your help how do I fix this and what are these powers inside of me I don't understand but I feel I woke up with the feeling I am untouchable, but I dare not to believe that anymore after what happened with me and all the trouble I caused for my sister too, she only wanted to save me she even drank that soup so I wouldn't finish it if I had drunk the whole of my life was sure to end, and she was telling the truth I was blinded by that bitch" he frowned.
"I don't want to dampen the already guilt-ridden but you also need to know what you need to make up for are prepared to listen to everything I tell you and also your power is sort of linked to me " she smiled at him to make him see that he had a lot to make up for. She didn't want to tell him she owned his arse but he would find that out soon enough but until then let him think otherwise.
Mu Millie wasn't being cruel but he need to know that it was not okay to walk around stomping on others regardless of whether they are wrong or right she didn't know what kind of Alpha he would make but it wouldn't have been a nice one, he was too full of himself at that time everything happens for a reason and maybe this was his karma but if he could acknowledge his mistakes and own up to his blunders and cruelty he was halfway there, whether the others forgave him would be up to them.
Mu Millie out of all people knew she wasn't perfect she had made a lot of her own mistakes she couldn't even go back and fix them or say sorry to a lot of people, but this man could at least make up for his mistakes.
Mu Millie mind linked him and explained everything to him, she didn't want to say it to him because some were not speakable, she told him that everyone wasn't born perfect but the one that owned up and tried to fix their mistakes was least considered a person worth knowing, and to be a ruler you had to just and fair, and listen to both side before making a judgement, he also had to help the weak become strong, not shun them, and most importantly be patient some are fast at learning others are slower, not to punish them because they couldn't complete a task or mission.
Mu Millie also explained his powers to him and that he needs to practice using them, he could mind link anytime to get the help of her, he will need them to face his ex-mate and ex beta and that it was going to be tough because when he punishes his ex-mate he might feel her pain and most likely Mu Millie would feel it too, this new power will help him stay focus because that's when they will use his weakness against him, she knew he wouldn't rest until he got his revenge new hurt old habits to die hard.
He kissed Mu Millie forehead after he let go of Mu Millie he smiled" the little ones are very cute in there, my Wolfe likes them very much" he smiled as he pointed to her stomach.
Mu Millie looked to where he was pointing and chuckled" that's why I was able to heal you quickly it wasn't only me these helped to so in a way you have peace of them inside of you too" she smiled. She didn't want to say they also owned your arse.
"Yeah your right Wolfe is saying that he has adopted them they belong to him now he will protect them with his life" he chuckled.
Mu Millie " more like we've adopted Wolfe and we will always know if you are in trouble and you the same we have been joined by fate and will be parted by death so take care of your new lease on life and use it well, don't let the revenge and hatred consume you, you have a good heart under all that thick ego, let it shine through " she walked to sit on the sofa as she was becoming a little tired.
"Oh by the way can ask you a favour" she looked at him standing near her.
"Ehm goes on" he looked at Mu Millie.
Let the witches go they only did what they did out of anger because you killed their sister, they weren't the ones who harm you they aren't that powerful so please let them go they were running from their kind they only wanted sanctuary but you gave hell I think they paid for entering your territory and they served their time in your dungeons " she pleaded.
The prince thought she looked so cute when she looked like that? how could he not listen to her " for you anything I know you've already taken them somewhere safe but it's nice you still pleaded on their behalf, you my Queen are cute" he smiled as he walked to the door and unlocked it.
To see Avery angry Mu Kai and equally angry brother and father he lowered his head" erm sorry about that I need to talk to Millie everything is okay now sorry again" he walked away before they could react.
Mu Kai ran into the room to see Mu Taichung and Mu Kim and other bodyguards coming through the portal shocking the Alpha king and the Alpha king too. They had heard that witches could create portals but had never seen one and today they have seen this one happening in their house.
Mu Taichung ran over to his sister " everything okay! You okay! Babies okay"! He looked over Mu Millie worried.
Mu Millie chuckled and then she looked at her husband "you're doing I take it how sweet you know I could have handled it but still cute" she smiled sheepishly.
She knew she had almost caused a war for all of these but what could she say she was walking and talking bag of troubles. She just smiled sheepishly at all of them.
Mu Kai walked over and hugged her" you scared me to death I knew you can handle it but still I was worried about you and babies " he hugged again.
The people in the room chuckled the retired Alpha king spoke" well it's good all is well what did my stupid son want anyway" he sighed in relief he didn't know what he would have done if any harm would have come to Mu Millie.
Mu Millie peaked out from Mu Kai " it was okay he wouldn't have harmed me anyway but he needs a lot of love and understanding and forgiveness he has a lot to deal with at the moment" she didn't want to say anymore it wasn't her place to explain.
