"Hey, I'm going to diner you kids want anything?" Mike asked as he neared the door.
"Uh no, I'm good I have to go to work dad," Tomas said as he left.
Mike looked at Sarah.
"Uh...I'm good thank though."
"Ok," and just like that, the house was quiet. She went back to her cabin and retrieved the mask and her bag and bat.
The trail was always dark, no matter if it was noon or night.
"So... what's the plan?"
"We wait for him,"
"You gonna fill me in on who he is?" Sarah asked nearing the house.
"He's already here"
How do you know that? She asked him mentally.
"Lavender, and rotting corpse smell,"
Sarah knocked on the door.
"Open up, 49 I brought a friend."
Immediately she is pulled inside by a gloved hand.
"Intruguing, choice old friend." A voice spoke as she was released. She sees what appears to be a plague doctor from the time of the Black Death looking over a corpse on the floor solemnly.
"He had the pestilence...didn't he?"
"The what?" Sarah snapped. This was getting ridiculous first a mask, now a plague doctor. What could go wrong, oh wait...literally everything.
"A disease of unspeakable horror, resides in this world, it is my job to get rid of it,"
She didn't want to question it, not because she didn't want to know, but because her hands are stinging from holding the mask.
"Pass me 35." The doctor spoke.
Hesitantly she hands him the mask.
The doctor plague doctor placed the mask on the face of the corpse. Immediately the skin around the face began to turn black and the eyes and mouth began leaking a black substance. The body convulses a little before he 'woke up'
"Oh god, finally," he spoke.
The plague doctor watches her as she opened her bag and grabs a granola bar.
"Yeah I stress eat." Sarah states taking a bite of the bar.
"You do not have the disease," he quietly stated before getting up and leaving the room.
"The fuck was that about?"
"He doesn't have to 'cure you' as he would say, he's probably writing this shit down right now in that journal of his," he answered
"You two aren't gonna kill me are you?"
"No like I said, the only person that can walk free without question is you,"

Log #377385
I have met only one person who cannot contract the pestilence.
She is odd...working with us in exchange for information regarding the facility we were previously trapped in.
Many things I have noticed.
She didn't die on contact with me, or was injured by the liquids from 035's mask, which have a P.H of 7 usually.
Perhaps he was at the P.H of water, to prevent harm while she brought him here. Since he will only take a male host.
He's a sadistic sociopath, but... he's got to draw the line somewhere I guess.
They are currently discussing what she is to do while she waits. It's werid seeing my only friend communing with a woman. No matter. I guess he was just glad to be free, well as free as we can be.
Why does she even want to help us? Why is the facility so damn important?!
I need answers or this is gonna drive me mad.

I hope he's not gonna get too attached.
