Lee's Phone

Sky's POV

This isn't my phone I say to myself. It's for Lisa I must have given her mine instead... Ugh, I groaned.

How do I get this to her now since I can't open it to call one of her contacts I ask myself.

As if God knew what I wanted, the phone starts ringing and it says, Vic... I wonder who that is. I sighed then answered the phone.

VIC: Lee how was the show tonight?

SKY: Hi... I'm sorry is this Lisa. I- I was immediately CUT off

VIC: WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU... DID YOU STEAL MY BEST FRIEND'S PHONE, I'M GONNA TRACK YOU AND GET YOU ARRESTED YOU--

SKY: hey no no I said cutting her off... Calm down... I didn't steal her phone, it was a mistake... I bumped into her then we switched phones... I don't know who you are but I need my phone so if there is any way you can contact Lisa please do so I can return hers and get mine... I finished.

VIC: oh alright.. Sorry for my outburst... I'll call Ray to let him know... And I'm sorry once again.

SKY: it's not an issue. Thanks

I finished then ended the call.

What a long day. I plugged the phone to my charger then went to bed.

NEXT MORNING

I heard a faint sound coming from beside me... Opening my eyes... I saw the name Ray flashing on the ringing phone.

Hello I answered tiredly

RAY: I need you to come to the Starbucks downtown to return the phone be there by 10 and don't be late.CLICK. He hung up.

HUH, rude ass I muttered under my breath... I looked at the time on the phone and it 8 am already.

I guess I have to get ready...and return this damn phone as soon as possible.

After getting ready and eating breakfast I took a quick shower then I wore my black jeans with a grey T-shirt and I took my black jacket downstairs so I can have breakfast and leave.

When I got downstairs I didn't see my mum so I guess she's still sleeping. I thought I'd just have cereal and orange juice and sneak out so that I won't disturb her.

I guess I made such a racket because when I opened the door to leave my mum called me from her room and asked where I was going.

I told her that I was going to meet Max and Mav at Starbucks... I couldn't just tell her I was with Lisa freaking green's phone and was going to meet her manager...she would have freaked out. Mum chuckled and asked when I started drinking coffee... I smiled and said since this morning then I said goodbye and left.

I decided to walk since Starbucks was just a few blocks away from my house. Outside, the neighborhood was noisy as usual. People with cars were yelling at each other because they were already late work and there was a traffic jam... I was glad I decided not to drive.

When I got to Starbucks I entered and looked around for a while before I saw Ray at a secluded part of the cafe a lady was sitting by his side she was wearing a big grey hoodie with grey sweat pants and she had a dark sunglasses on her face... My first thought was why would someone be wearing sunglasses inside a building.

I kept on looking at the lady as I walked towards the table. When I got to the table I realized it was Lisa freakin' Green I was about to go all fan girl on her she realized what I was about to do and she put a finger on her lips so I got myself under control when deep down I wanted to jump around and scream my head off.

Lee motioned me to sit down. I sat down and kept on staring at her till she asked me if I'd like a cup of coffee and bagel I said yes. She told Ray to get what I asked for and that she would have the same.

When Ray left Lee turned to me and said she had to dress like that because of paparazzi then she asked my name and how I was doing... I couldn't believe it Lisa Green wants to know my name and how I was doing? I felt on top of the world. I kept my cool and said I was doing great and asked how she was she said was doing great too. She said she was a bit scared I wouldn't return the phone that I would hack it and leak all her personal Intel... I smiled and said I'm not that kind of person.

In a bit, we were talking about everything you can imagine. That was when I realized how funny Lee is. She would say something with a funny voice and I'd laugh so hard I'd throw my head back. I told her about Max and Marv that they would kill me if they found out I met her without them she laughed again.

Let me just say Lee has the softest laugh ever imagine sleeping on clouds with a blanket and soft ocean sounds that's exactly how her laugh is.

In a few minutes, Ray came back with our orders and he was surprised to see me chatting with Lee like we have been friends for years.

We ate and kept on talking. It was the nicest conversa

tion I've had in a very long time. When we were done eating Lee paid and said she has to leave that she has a meeting with her record label that we'd continue this conversation later.

She was about to go then I remembered I didn't give her the phone so I ran up to her and said it's like we are both airheads this morning she laughed and her laugh was just like music to my ears.

She took the phone and gave me back mine then she said the thing that I least expected she said she would like to have my number that I seem like a cool person and that she would like us to do this again sometime.

I felt like I was dreaming I really couldn't believe that Lisa Green thinks I'm cool and that she'd like to have my number I was about to go all fan girl again but I had to do my hardest to control myself.

She offered to give me a ride back home and let me just say that it was the quickest decision I have ever made. In a few minutes, we were right in front of my house... I asked Lee if she'd like to come in but she said maybe next time that she's already late for the meeting.

She gave me a quick hug and said thanks for the phone that she had a lot of things in it that she'd not like to be public knowledge and I said it was no problem then I thanked her for my phone too... I told her I'd like to hear from her then I said goodbye and left the car and Ray drove away.
