Ivy and I were wandering around the garden, chatting, relaxing and enjoying the scenery of flowers and nature. Well, that was mostly Ivy. I still don't know why she loves nature as much as she does.
I look around wandering while Ivy's admiring the flowers. Oh wow, that's a well-built and tall man, and it seems he's making his way towards us. He's also good at keeping a cold and straight face on. But why is he looking at...Ivy?
"Ivy," I say in a sing-song way. "It seems we have some company. Well, you to be exact do." I say now looking away from Ivy to the man and smirking.
"Oh, my," Ivy says now too, looking at the man. We're both standing next to each other, and it's like I can feel Ivy. Not in a weird way, I just mean I can feel how she's kinda sad but afraid right now. And that's rare for anyone, and I mean anyone, to be able to notice.
"Hmm..." I hum thinking of who he is, what's going to happen, and why he's coming our way. If something does go down South, heck yeah, I wouldn't mind. Then suddenly three of the workers who are on garden duty or looking after other patients, come running up to him and block his way, kindly asking him to please stop.
And of course, he ignores them and grunts pushing past us, now walking towards us even closer. "Should we make a run for it?" I ask Ivy.
"Yeah," Ivy says and we hold hands as we quickly run off before anyone could stop us, well, that man to be exact. I think Ivy and him have some connection.
We run inside and to our room. We shut the bedrooms door behind us and we sit on our beds panting from the fast running and loss of breath. I guess we both need to improve our cardio. But that's what happens when you're stuck in a fricken institution.
"I guess we both need to improve our cardio," Ivy says calmly.
"Yeah," I say. But I wasn't finished. "So? Who was that and why was he after you?" I ask casually.
"What do you mean?" Ivy asks plainly.
"Don't play dumb with me. Who was that crazy-ass, well-built, tall man earlier?" I ask with a hint of annoyance.
"No one of your concern," Ivy says coldly but plainly.
"Okay, okay. I'll respect your privacy." I say give up and lay on my bed. Ivy nods and does the same.
