William frowns at his sudden statement confused what he meant by disappeared. It was too confusing for him to process the things so he gave up and focuses on Oliver because he can get to know everything from him.

"What do you mean by...everything disappeared?" William questions with his hand crossed over his chest and his eyes looking deeply into Oliver's searching for answers. Oliver nods his head sighing out a troubled breath.

"By everything ...I meant...all the proof, the footage was gone...and even worst the officer assigned to our case disappeared. " He speaks with a heavy heart.

"What?!" William yells totally stricken by the shocking news he heard. He had his mouth open as he was taking in all the new information. Oliver slightly chuckles at his expression but literally, he nods his head trying to make William believe that what he said was true. That he was not joking around but just telling him the truth.
