Chapter 160
Compote was punching Deuce into the ground when he suddenly started glowing and disappeared into the ground. Before Compote could react, she found herself face first into the ground. She turned around quickly enough to block a punch from Deuce. But even though she blocked it, blood still flowed down the side of her mouth.
Deuce didn't let this moment go and immediately started punching her again. But his punches were way faster than Compote's, and every time he hit her, electricity attacked her body from within. She looked to be in quite the pinch.
"1 Billion Volt Punch!"
His entire fist got covered in lighting. The fist had sparks fly off it, and the moment one of the sparks touched the ground, it created a small crater. Deuce quickly swung his fist down, but before he could hit her, she rolled out of the way. Deuce quickly stopped his fist before it hit the ground. He quickly kicked her in her left side with a lightning fast kick. The clothes that got hit got burned through, including her skin. The sizzling of her skin looked just as bad as Katakuri's face.
"AAAHHH! You bastard!"
Compote quickly got on her feet with a pained expression. But before she could do anything, she got kicked on the left side of her face, burning that side of her face. But before she could do anything, she received a knee in her face, breaking her nose and making her face even more unrecognizable.
"Sigh, fighting you head on like this shows me how weak you really are. It seems like Devon was mad at you for something, which is why she made so many mistakes. And even though you caught me off guard in the beginning, I am completely calm now. I don't hate you nor like you. You are just another enemy that will die by my powers. But I guess a mortal like you never stood a chance against a God," said Deuce while looking down on Compote.
"Shut up. We are far from finished!"
"You want to know something, Compote? All those people you guys sent into the forest, I just felt the last one die," she looked at the forest with shock, till she sensed what caused their deaths, and she just sighed.
"It seems like we weren't well prepared. But we are not giving up until the end, foolish brat!" She ran towards Deuce with her fist covered in Haki. She swung her fist with immense pressure, making her seem like a monster.
"You're done for, old woman! 1 Billion Volt Punch!" Deuce struck out towards Compote's fist.
"BOOOOM!!!!"
A massive explosion appeared on their position, and sand covered the view. But anyone with a decent enough Haki could see what happened.
"Woosh."
The wind blew all the sand away, revealing a standing Deuce with his arm almost destroyed. And in front of him is standing Compote, whose entire right side is gone.
"To think I'd lose to a brat like you. Katakuri, sav-" When she was about to say something inspiring, her head flew into the air, finishing her off. Deuce was standing in front of her body with a lighting sword in his left hand.
"This is payback, bitch."
Deuce turned around and looked at the Big Mom Pirates.
"She was probably trying to tell you guys to fuck off back home with your tails between your legs, but I know that a proud Yonko crew would never do that. So here is a present from me."
Before anyone could do anything, a light that blinded everyone appeared, and the next second, a loud bang and scream could be heard, which quickly died out. Everyone turned their heads to the ship, which just exploded into tiny pieces. The Big Mom Pirates looked on with horror and anger while the Azure Pirates smirked.
"What are you guys standing around for! 3 of their strongest are already dead, which leaves 2 and some weaklings to go! So show them and the rest of the world that we, the Azure Pirates aren't to be messed with!" screamed Sabo.
War cries could immediately be heard as the Azure Pirates started fighting with vigor. Tani also joined in after he finished Cracker off.
[10 minutes later]
Smoothie just fell down dead in front of a wounded Mihawk, and a burned Katakuri fell down on one knee in front of a bloodied Ace who looks like he is about to fall down himself. After 10 minutes, Katakuri is the only one still alive.
"I'm sorry, mama, I have failed you," mumbled Katakuri.
"This fight between us could have gone both ways, but it seems like my will to win was greater," said Ace as he aimed his palm at Katakuri's head. "Any last words?"
"Even though I failed mama, I'm glad that I died in a fair battle against someone strong."
"I will remember this battle for the rest of my life. You truly were a strong opponent. And don't worry, I'll never lose, so you will only have lost to the strongest here."
Katakuri just smiled. Flames appeared on Ace's hand. A couple of seconds later, Katakuri's ashes flew away into the sea as the sun was setting.
'Sigh, if we weren't enemies, I would have loved to become friends with him,' thought Ace with a sober face. But his face quickly turned into a smile as he looked at a ship far in the distance. The rest of the crew did the same, and after a couple of minutes, the ship disappeared.
"I hope that they got a good picture of me. That last one wasn't good at all," said Perona.
"I know, right. They completely butchered my last bounty poster," said Deuce.
"Urouge, collect all the bodies so that Ace can dispose of them after he gets treated. Deuce, scout the island in case we let someone through, and treat yourself and the rest afterward. Even though we won, we didn't come out of it unscathed, so everyone, go and rest. I'll let you know when I have decided on our next move," said Sabo
"Yes, sir!" said Everyone as they did as they were told.
"I'll stay here as a lookout in case someone else decides to show up. So go and use your brain to get us out of this sticky situation," said Kuzan.
"Thank you, Kuzan. I'll leave it to you then. Once you notice something suspicious, let me know immediately."
Kuzan nodded, and Sabo disappeared.

"MY BABIES! NO, NO, THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! THERE IS NO WAY THAT ALL OF THEM HAVE DIED!" screamed Big Mom as she was trashing her throne room, till she suddenly stopped. "No, what am I doing? I'll have to kill every last one of those bastards for my anger to diminish. But even then, I won't be able to sleep peacefully until I kill the bastards that started it all, KEN!"

Big Mom wasn't the only one who was in shock. The news had spread to the rest of the world in a matter of hours. And everyone, Big Shots or normal citizens, didn't know how to react to this headline.

Instead of getting angry like last time, she stayed completely calm and professional.
"Somone wants to see you, so I'll be transferring you."
