Ken is standing in front of a chained down person with skin even paler than Laffitte's.
"Yawn. What do you want so early in the morning?"
"That hallucination thing your father did to me, can you do it too?"
"Maybe."
"Use it on me again?"
"What! Are you crazy? This ability can break people's minds. It shows them their worst nightmare. Why would you want to have that happen to you willingly."
"That sounds a little bit different from what your father did. It was more like he guessed what my nightmare would be instead of showing my real nightmares. I could think of plenty of things that were lacking in that so called nightmare."
"Tsk, don't lump me in with that guy. He couldn't use his head enough, so he didn't manage to bring these powers far. I can bring out someone's worst fears, but I won't be able to control it or look at it without a backlash."
"Click, clang."
The chains on Vlad fell off, and he quickly jumped away.
"Don't lump me in with your weak enemies. There is no way that something like that can break my mind. So hurry it up, I don't have all day."
"What makes you think that I won't kill you while you're under my Devil Fruit?"
A cold blade suddenly appeared on his throat.
"If you dare hurt Captain, you will stay here for the rest of your life," said Mura in an ice cold tone.
"Tsk, fine. But I want something in return."
"If you help me, I'll forget everything you did to us."
"Deal!" screamed Vlad as if he got the best deal possible.
Ken sat down and closed his eyes.
"Mura, the moment you see something suspicious, take care of it immediately."
"I'll make sure he dies in the most gruesome way possible."
"I hate both of you."
Vlad grabbed Ken's head and quickly took his hand away a second later.
"He'll stay there till I cancel it, or he breaks out of it himself," said Vlad as he stood in a corner, making sure to not leave his back exposed to Mura.

I opened my eyes.
'Huh? Why am I back here? Wasn't I in my room just a second ago? Is this even real?'
I looked at an old house that looked like it was about to fall down at any moment. Instead of slowly walking towards it, I started sprinting, but the speed I normally have was nowhere to be found. I looked at my body, realizing that it is my old scrawny 16 year old body.
I immediately opened the door and ran towards the room where it all happened.
"Huh?"
I looked down, seeing a knife stuck in my gut.
"Why? Why did you let me die, big brother? Didn't you say that you would protect me?"
Tears unconsciously started falling down from my eyes. I looked at my little brother holding onto the knife in my gut and two people standing behind him with demonic faces.
"I… I…"
I wanted to speak, but it felt like something stopped me from talking.
"Come here, son. Get away from that monster. He isn't your brother. After all, a big brother would never let his little brother die," said the male person with a demonic face behind him.
'It's them! What is going on here?'
My little brother turned around and walked towards them. He grabbed their hands, and a portal suddenly appeared behind them. Through the portal, I could see a place filled with fire and monsters.
"I was stupid to sacrifice my soul to give you a second chance. After you made some friends, you quickly forgot about me. Now I'll have to stay in hell for eternity while you are out there having fun, not even thinking about me. Big Brother, I despise you with all my heart."
"I…"
Before I could say anything, they disappeared into the portal. I fell on my knees in front of the portal, not knowing what to say or do. I felt a pain in my heart that I've never felt before.
'What is happening? I suddenly appeared back in my old world, and I got stabbed by my little brother, who I thought had died. And now he is saying that he sold his soul for me. But this can't be true. I must be dreaming, right? Yes, that's what is going on!'
"Argh!"
I looked down, seeing that the wound in my gut was leaking a lot of blood.
'Since when could you feel pain in dreams? This is the same thing Vlad's father did to me. That must be it! Wait… Who is Vlad? What is happening to me! I swear that I just knew what happened to me, but why can't I remember any of it!'
"Kekeke. Thank you for handing me such a delicious soul. I'll make sure to savor the flavor of your little brother's soul. If you have the gut to come and find me, I'll wait for you at my palace."
I looked through the portal, seeing a tall person shrouded in darkness holding my little brother by the throat.
"IM!"
He disappeared from my view along with my little brother and my bastard parents. My eyes couldn't keep up with him at all.
"FUCK! What am I still doing here! I don't care if this shit is real or not! I won't lose my little brother a second time! WAIT FOR ME! I'M COMING TO SAVE YOU, LITTLE BROTHER!"
Without thinking about it twice, I immediately jumped through the portal, taking me to what I presume is hell. The portal immediately disappeared.
"RRROOAARR!"
I immediately turned my head towards the roar. I spotted an enormous, hideous monster. It has 2 big black wings and rows of teeth that are bigger than most trees and probably stronger than steel.
'The way I am now, I'll never be able to save him. It seems like everything I have worked so hard for the last decade has been for nothing. But it doesn't matter. I'll just start over from scratch and get even stronger than I was. I can faintly feel Haki inside my body, so I should be able to do it. And there is no need for me to think about how long I have left to save him. All I can do is to give it my all and try to find them as fast as possible.'
"I'm coming for you, little brother!"
