The Hilarious Caesar

It was still daylight, but the surroundings were shrouded in a dark and silent fog, eerie and dark, as if invisible monsters were lurking in the mist, waiting with open mouths of blood to surrender themselves.

It was such a bizarre environment that a warship was quietly sailing through the fog.

"Most of those ships that went missing in Florian Triangle Sea ended up stranded here because they couldn't find their way through the fog." Borsalino buried himself in the comfortable chair and crossed his legs over the deck fence, "Of course, this is not a big deal to us, as long as ..."

Longinus nodded; indeed, even Moria could have been dominating these waters for ten years, let alone the two of them.

The Florian Triangle Sea is not as dangerous as it is rumor to be.

"Just don't run into that 'white dragon'."

"White dragon?"

"It's like a white dragon, a huge white vortex that suddenly appears from the bottom of the sea, and although it's rare, every time it appears, it brings a terrifying disaster!" Borsalino, in a rare moment, put on his joking face and said with a solemn look.

His "serious" face, though, seemed even nastier to Longinus.

"So that's what I was referring to, I did hear an interesting rumor about it ..." laughed Longinus, "It is rumored that this white dragon is actually a fantastic time tunnel that can take those caught in it to another world or another time and place."

"Ohhhhhh, that's terrible!" Borsalino was "frightened".

Just then, a marine captain came over and reported, " Vice Admiral Borsalino, Commodore Longinus, the Devil Island is in sight."

"On the island?" Longinus asked.

"It's just a disguise, Commodore Longinus will come with me and find out."

The island wasn't too big, just eerie and dark and oppressive as if it could drive a person crazy.

Of course, this effect was nothing to the two men.

Utterly oblivious to their surroundings, the two soon arrived at a small lake in the island's center.

"It's here."

"Under the lake?"

"Commodore Longinus sure is fast thinking!" Borsalino stood in the air the lake, and with a stroke of his finger, the blazing light directly split the center of the lake in half, revealing a tightly covered hole beneath the bottom of the lake.

"Commodore Longinus, keep up, ooo!" Before the parted lake's waters merged, Bolsarino turned into a light, opened the hole, and rushed in.

If he's fast enough, the lake can't keep up with him.

Longinus didn't hesitate, rushing into the hole like an arrow.

It was a tunnel connecting the island to the ocean floor, with Kairoseki embedded in the periphery, emitting the sea's scent and causing the sea kings swimming around to ignore this strange sight.

The tunnels are transparent and flawless, allowing one to view the sea.

Of course, it's not a great experience.

For the ocean floor is dark and gloomy, with no light whatsoever, as if it could stir up one's deepest fears.

And so, time flowed slowly in darkness and silence.

Finally, Longinus spotted a faint light in sight, so vague that it was like one of those glowing mosses in a cave.

"Is this dim cursor afraid of arousing the curiosity of those sea-kings? Also, is this obscure scent ... life?" Longinus stopped briefly in the tunnel, and with the aid of the faint light, he noticed that the base's outer walls seemed to be bulging slightly, like, the rhythm of life!

"Kind of interesting." Longinus no longer hesitated and sped up towards the cursor.

Punching through the coating that plated the entrance, Longinus landed steadily on the ground.

"Commodore Longinus, you've been real slow this time." Borsalino had been waiting there and smiling crookedly, "I was almost tempted to go out and look for you."

"Faster than fast, how can I beat you Vice-Admiral Borsalino!" Longinus smiled with a double meaning.

"That's all I'm good for," Borsalino chuckled, "This is the government's science force base, not to mention that it's under the sea and at least the size of a large island."

"Commodore Longinus, does it feel very shocking?"

"Shocking indeed." Longinus took a deep breath, "It's reasonable to assume that the pressure alone at ten thousand meters could destroy a top-notch warship, but this deep sea base actually looks like it's completely unaffected!"

"Commodore Longinus can consult Dr. Vegapunk himself later if you are interested," Borsalino said, "After all, he designed this base!"

"Never mind, I don't want to deprive myself or my intellect." Longinus shook his head; he had always been very self-conscious.

"That's true, compared to someone like Dr. Vegapunk ...," said Borsalino as he led the way, "we're all just normal ordinary people again."

"Yeah, we're all really just ordinary people."

"Shuu... Shurororororo, Vice Admiral Borsalino, it's been a long time." A non-mainstream dressing Caesar came out to greet while roaring in his heart, ordinary your sister, you are a monster at heart, okay!

Ever since he saw this creepy-looking guy talking about how scary he was while quickly pointing out and killing a giant sea king class that was close to a kilometer long, he had learned that those who liked to act like a newcomer were all big shots.

"Oh ~ you're that ... that ... Dr. Sauron right!" Borsalino said, trying to remember.

"I ... am Dr. Caesar Clown!" Caesar said, grasping at his heart, saying, If I didn't beat you, I'd have to know what a mad scientist is!

"Oh ~ it's Dr. Caesar! Sorry, sorry, people tend to forget things at this age." Borsalino mouthed but didn't look the least bit embarrassed, "Come, come, Commodore Longinus, let me introduce to you, this is Dr. Caesar, Dr. Vegapunk's right-hand man."

Hearing Borsalino's introduction, Caesar, like a cat whose tail had been stepping on, directly blew up, "Obviously that guy Vegapunk is my assistant only, I Caesar is the world's number one scientist!"

Borsalino froze, then patted Caesar on the shoulder and smiled, "Dr. Caesar is so hilarious!"

"I humor you ..." Caesar was about to explode, but then he noticed two dangerous glances and said with a stirring all over his body, "Shuu... Shurororororo! Lo, I've been hiding for so many years and still Vice Admiral Borsalino found out!"

"Yes, actually I'm really a comedian lmao!"
