The "Wind" Man

"It won't do you any good if you persist, Okama King," Longinus advised.

"I can help you recover that idiot Rear Admiral and the stupid King, but on the condition that you fight me," Ivankov said with a somewhat spicy pose.

Longinus's brow furrowed, "You're not the type to be keen on a fight, are you, and is it necessary to continue a fight that is a sure loser?"

"Don't be too full of words; mere mortals like you do not measure the limits of okama." Ivankov said mentally, "Let me help him test the power of the marine."

"Is this anomaly because she's already been in contact with Dragon?" Longinus' lips curled up at the corners of his mouth after he had taken Kenbunshoku to its fullest, "So it is."

"Feel the power of the Okama, Okama Fist Method 44th Aesthetic Technique! Hair Removal... puff!" Ivankov was punched away by Longinus before he could finish his skill reading.

"Too much bullshit!"

Immediately afterward, Longinus kicked out again with Rankyaku, and the vacuum chopping wave jumped continuously in mid-air, like a pack of wolves running and biting at Ivankov.

"It's so mean that you won't let me finish my sentence," Ivankov barked grotesquely, "Watch me spin-beauty!"

Like a ballet, Ivankov spun and jumped to avoid the attack, "La la la la, can't hit me ... puff!"

Ivankov, who hit with Shigan to the chest, fell heavily, bouncing off the ground and landing again, cycling through several times before stopping.

"The difference in rank is too great for your probing to be effective." Longinus withdrew his blood-stained forefinger and said coldly.

"Molestation!" Ivankov covered his boobs with a strange, neurotic laugh, "But I'll treat myself and cure the hormones!"

Longinus said darkly, "If you're going to continue, I'm going to be serious!"

"Don't underestimate the new human, asshole!" Ivankov blinked rapidly, stirring up an intense hurricane, "Look at my Death Wink, biubiubiu!"

Longinus raises his right hand and grabs a handful of hurricanes right off the bat.

"How is that possible? How dare you use your hands to grasp my attack directly!" Ivankov stared, incredulous at the question.

"And so you can still grab and shred? Hell Wink!" Ivankov generates remnants by moving at high speed; then, all the remnants simultaneously blink up a superstorm.

Longinus' raised right hand did not retract but slammed out with a fierce punch, and the high-grade Busoshoku Haki that flowed through it shot out like a beam of light.

In just an instant, the violent shockwave tore through the hurricane, and then the remainder of the storm rushed towards Ivankov.

"Watch me, spin-Mei ... " Ivankov was about to spin and jump to dodge when suddenly, a compelling pressure fell on her, causing her to lose focus for a moment straight away, and by the time she regained consciousness, it was too late to dodge." Waaaahhh! This time it's going to get killed!"

Boom!

Restless waves of air rushed around, uprooting trees and tossing flying rocks and gravel into the sky.

However, in that diffuse dust mist, two figures gradually emerged from the gray and hazy dust.

The manic storm danced tame behind the two.

"Hidden in the shadows you finally shed ..." exclaimed Longinus, in genuine surprise, "Dragon-senpai, how could it be you?"

"It's been a long time, Longinus-kouhai." Dragon said with a complicated expression.

"Ah, well? You two know each other?" Ivankov shouted in surprise, "Wait a minute, senpai or something, did, Dragon you used to be in the Marine too?"

"You don't even know? It seems that Dragon-senpai is still too low-key!" Longinus said quietly, "Then I'll put it another way, the Vice-Admiral once codenamed 'Dragon' in the Marine Headquarters is Dragon-senpai!"

"I think I've heard of a renegade marine who is wanted by the World Government for killing a Celestial Dragon!" Ivankov glared, "I didn't think you'd ever do such a crazy thing, Dragon!"

Dragon shook his head and looked to Longinus, "Not going to do anything? After all, you are now the Manifestation of Justice known to all as Longinus."

"If you did do something that endangered justice, I certainly wouldn't let you go, but what appears before me now is nothing more than a rebel who killed scum." Longinus scoffed to himself, "Of course, with my strength trying to arrest you, senpai would be self-defeating."

"Do you think I'm stupid?" Dragon's well-defined lines and angles softened, "Your power is not nearly as simple as you've shown!"

"This guy is even hiding his strength?" Ivankov sputtered, "As it turns out, a monster's kouhai is also a monster."

"You really can't hide anything from Dragon-senpai!" Longinus spread his hands, "Since I know there are still hidden enemies on the island, I certainly have to hide my hands."

"But if I had known it was going to be you, Dragon-senpai..." sighed Longinus, "I probably shouldn't have forced you out."

The worst thing is when the atmosphere is suddenly quiet!

Ivankov's large head glanced back and forth between the two and couldn't help but ask, "Hey, hey, why are you both suddenly silent?"

Half a minute later.

Only then did Dragon speak up, "Remember what I asked you five years ago?"

"Five years ago?" Longinus chimed in for a moment, and it dawned on him, "Since that time, you've had the idea of rebelling, Dragon-senpai?"

"Seven years ago, to be exact," Dragon said with a reminiscent look, "I used to think that pirates were the greatest evil in the world, but why, with the defeat of Shiki and the death of Roger, is the number of pirates pouring into this sea increasing?"

"What do you mean, Dragon-senpai?"

"For it is the roots of this world that are corrupt!" Dragon said solemnly, "I've traveled almost the entire ocean in the past few years, so I've gotten a better understanding of the world."

"Other than a few truly evil people, most pirates have taken this path to survive, only never to be able to turn back once they've set foot on it!"

"If we can fundamentally change the world, perhaps we can solve all the problems!"

"So how do you plan to change the world at its root, senpai?"

"Overthrow the World Government and re-establish the order of this world!" Dragon said resoundingly.

"Ahhh!" Ivankov's mouth was wide enough to swallow the table, and even an okama like her, who was not bound by the restraints of the world, was still frightened by Dragon's insane statement.

"Wait, this guy's a marine!" Halfway back to his senses, Ivankov waved his arms and legs, "If he finds out, he'll report it to the World Government!"

"Might as well, let's join forces and do something about him while we're at it!"

"Am I not wanted by the World Government in full force right now?" Dragon shook his head, "Not to mention; it was only a matter of time before the World Government noticed my actions."

"But why tell me such things?" Longinus asked with a seeming smile.

"Because I'm going to invite you to be part of my newly formed Revolutionary Army!" Dragon squared up, "I know you also have the determination to change the world, and if you join us, with the two of us, we'll be able to turn the world upside down!"

"I didn't expect Dragon-senpai to be so optimistic about me; I'm a bit flattered!" Longinus laughed, "Then my answer is, no!"

PS: There is a reference in the manga to Okama King's recollection that Dragon had told her not to try to find out about his origins. From here, Okama King should be unaware of Dragon's former identity.
