Conversation with Amanda

"Wake up, Martha!" A voice whispered to her ears. Martha woke up. "Where am I?" Amanda was in front of her as they witnessed Rona's interrogation.

"Flatland? Where do you think we are?"

Amanda was circling.

"Stop spinning, will you? I got dizzy just watching you."

Amanda stopped spinning then took her turn to yawn.

"You are silent, Martha. Why is that?" Amanda was in the mood for a rather long conversation.

"Are you asking me?"

"Who the hell should I ask when we are the only shapes around here. Oh, you are merely a line. I forgot."

"A mere line? What is that supposed to mean?"

"Shapes. What else should I mean about it?"

"You mean I am shapeless?"

Amanda nodded. "It is what I see from a vantage point. In fact, you are reduced to a point as I move afar."
