THE WHITE PAPER

"pretty small, but humble." Harun commented.

"yeah, it is but its Naruto's favorite eating spot." sakura said while going under the covers into the ramen shop.

"That's Naruto for you." sasuke commented. that was the first time she had heard his voice.

"Well Harun are you coming in?" Naruto suggested holding the covers up for her to enter.

she followed inside.

flashes of all types of delicious smells came from inside the shop.

"yum..." Harun groaned. "I don't actually remember the last time i ate."

"well...like i said i'm treating you to miso based with extra chasu, or pork if you want?

"um...i'll skip out on the chasu and pork."

"healthy huh?" harun heard a voice coming from infront of her. It was the owner techiu he was smiling amiably at the children. "back already and with a new costumer!" the man tilted his head and chuckled.

"yeah her names Harun and i'm treating her to some leaf village styled ramen!"

"well then Naruto i'll do my very best for your new friend here." the man walked off in his white apron and hat and began to move his hands around grabbing pots and different ingredients.

"hey guys!" sakura called out from her seat. "where's kakashi Sensi?"

Naruto began to look around along with Sakura and Harun.

"He left a note." sasuke casually said reaching imside of his pockets and taking a small white crinkled piece of paper.

~Take Haun to get some food and head to the forest clearings for some training i'll meet you guys there later. I have some business with lord hokage.~

"uhhhh...does this mean where responsible with Harun know?" Naruto asked.

"I guess so." Harun said still skimming through the letter sasuke was holding.

"thats awsome!" Naruto cheered. "i'll teach you all the cool things-"

"theres more." sasuke said turning the paper around

~get ready for the chunin exams i want you guys to choose either if u want to be in the chunin exams or not. I want the ones who decided to do the exams to report to Konha,including…...Harun.~

"Well there goes another of Kakashi's weird surprises i dont know about you guys but i'm definitely doing the chunin exams I've been training for this for years! And i'm not about to give up! Believe it!" Naruto said jumping up and putting his fist up.

"Naruto is right." Sasuke paused . "I've been training hard to and i'm not saying no to the chunin exams either.''

Harun groaned her village was never invited to the chunin exams because they were dangerous. At least that was a story the cloud villagers whispered about.

"I don't know actually maybe i'm not ready i mean we can still take it next year."

sakura nervously walked played with her hands.

"I just don't think i'm ready."

"What did he mean? Including me….i...i cant even be in the exams its only a group of three! Not a group of four!"

"I don't know?" Sakura said while looking lost in thought. "Maybe its a test or something."

"Maybe you right."

The Chūnin Selection Exams (中忍選抜試験, Chūnin Senbatsu Shiken)[1] are an opportunity for genin to be promoted to chūnin. The exam structure and evaluation processes differ from one exam to the next so that genin cannot come prepared. Villages originally held their own individual exams. Following the Third Shinobi World War, exams that are open to all villages started being held bi-annually,[2]with villages taking turns for hosting responsibilities. These shared exams improve relations between the villages, present up-and-coming ninja to clients, and create an opportunity for gambling.

After eating ramen and making awkward conversations. Naruto, sakura and sasuke led Harun to a forest clearing.

Upon the forest floor lie trees of yesteryear, fallen in storms long forgotten. The seasons have been harsh, stripping away the bark and outer layers, yet rendering them all the more beautiful.

They have the appearance of driftwood, twisting in patterns that remind Harun of seaside waves that she had saw in books.

the trees are several houses tall, the silence and the singing working together as well as any improvised melody.

A new smile paints itself upon her brown soft face,broad nose and and small lips.

The next few hours were normal; they didn't have any problems Naruto was practicing focusing his chakra onto his feet, then running up the tree. something Harun never learned but was looking forward too.

Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands.

IF the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.
